28:32 You wanna just wave your hand and thank him Cause it's already done Hallelujah Hallelujah. Glory to God. What a mighty God we serve. It is an honor to be here tonight and we thank God because I believe that the Lord has something supernatural that he wants to do in this place. won't you help me prophesy in the atmosphere and just say lord have your way have your way have your way whatever it is you want to do tonight god have your way i know that we've prayed already but can we do this and touch and agree with the neighbor next to you in the hour where folk are not touching anymore i still believe that where two or three are gather together in his name touching and agreeing on anything he's in the midst I want to tell you tonight that you have an assignment to be your neighbor's intercessor somebody asked me what does that mean bishop that means that when your neighbor gets right there to the brink of a breakthrough your job is to push them until they get what they need now make sure you're sitting next to the right neighbor or standing next to the right neighbor and ask them are you up for the job because tell them if not i need to change my seat but tell them if you up for the job when you see me get close tell them don't stop pushing me till i get what i need now look at them and tell them the push starts now grab that hand begin to pray for them pray for them we thank you tonight thank you for your power thank you for your presence thank you for your anointing thank you for your strength thank you for your glory that's here we've gathered together in your name tonight
30:40 because God somebody needs a miracle somebody needs a breakthrough somebody needs a shift somebody's sick and we know you to be a healer somebody's bound and we know you to be a liberator somebody's going through a struggle and we know you to be ease for them so now father we pray tonight that god you do what you do so well have your way in this house let your glory rest in this house let your power rest in this house let your anointing rest in this house spirit of the living God I pray that God your glory will hit this house until it feels like a whirlwind has hit fellowship tonight so now father while I'm holding my neighbor's hand I squeeze favor in this hand I squeeze that anointing in this hand I squeeze glory in this hand I squeeze healing in this hand Lord I squeeze something You're going to make it in this hand Lord I thank you that God I'm holding the hand of a survivor I'm holding the hand of someone Oh God that's leaving out of here More better than they've come So now God touch the hand I'm holding I pray now that God You will touch their family touch their children touch their marriage touch their finances touch them from the top of their head to the sole of their feet while I'm holding this hand I rebuke every witch and warlock I rebuke witchcraft and every disease that is not of God I rebuke every demonic force even now in the name of the Lord Jesus Lord send a miracle this way and God will thank you for it we'll praise you for it we'll call it done even now God in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ now if you believe and loose them hands and open your mouth and send up a shout
32:46 like it's already done shout yes hallelujah now God send from the anointing that makes preaching easy and I ask you to do what I ask you every time I stand. Preach me, Jesus. Preach me till we leave here drunk tonight. Preach me, oh God, until we leave here with your glory resting upon us and we'll thank you for it and we'll call it done. In Jesus Christ's name we pray. All those in agreement said, amen. I would that you would meet me in Jonah chapter 2. On your way there, I want to thank God for one of the most preaching this. Can I make that word up? Preaching this man on this side of heaven.
33:42 The anointing of God is on his line. See, some of y'all know him now, but I remember when he was in Macon. Y'all ain't talking to me here. Preaching and letting God use him in an amazing way. and God has gifted fellowship with not just anybody but with a preacher par excellent with a man of God and I'm grateful to call him my friend and my brother can you shout for the one and only pastor Reginald I am so grateful for him tonight. Amen. And he has been a friend and a brother. And when he texted me, I thought he was saying, Doc, let's go get something to eat this evening. Amen. And I was like, let's go. Amen.
34:33 And he was like, no, I need you to preach. I said, all right. But we're going to eat spiritual tonight. Amen. And I thank God for one of our spiritual sons, Pastor Jarrell McDonald. Amen. who came with us tonight and it just so happens that uh pastor sharp's wife is out of town and my wife is out of town preaching and amen come on can we shout for that i'm gonna tell you i know my wife she said baby i'm gonna i'm gonna be up i'm gonna be watching the night but if you know my wife like i know my wife it's on but she leave my son been there to keep awoke to watch the whole thing but we thank God for her tonight I'm going to be in Jonah chapter 2 and I want to read in your hearing verse number 1 and then I want to read verse number 10 amen glory to God and I thank you Hallelujah. Jonah chapter 1, I mean Jonah chapter 2, I'm sorry, verse number 1 and verse number 10. When you found it signified by saying Jesus. The Bible reads like this. It says, then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly.
35:54 chapter verse 10 and the Lord spake unto the fish and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land just in case some of you missed it let's try it again verse 1 then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly. Verse number 10 and the Lord spake unto the fish and it vomited out Jonah upon dry land. Help me announce my title tonight and look at your neighbor and say neighbor if you talk to God he'll talk to it. Find your mother neighbor and say it like you really mean it. Say neighbor, if you talk to God, God will talk to him.
36:55 Tell him tonight, I'm looking for God to talk to some stuff after I talk to him. If you believe he gonna talk to some stuff tonight, open your mouth and shout. Hallelujah New Zion I love you tonight I see y'all all over the building I love you I love you God is good You can have your seats tonight I propose to you My brothers and sisters That prayer To God Is the safest Communication A believer can have I always tell New Zion Timber the most spiritual thing you can do in life is not just praising. But the most spiritual thing you can do is pray.
37:55 Literally the moment you start talking to God you automatically become spiritual. Because you're no longer talking to man. but now it's a conversation with God who's in the spirit realm. Godly prayer will cause a move of God either for you or in you. Sometimes the purpose of prayer is not to get us out of stuff. Sometimes prayer is to help us deal with some stuff. most times prayer is to help us accept God's will pertaining some stuff because prayer is the strongest channel of communication with God it is Alec Mortar who says to abandon prayer is to embrace atheism.
38:56 To stop talking to God is to say you don't believe him. You don't believe he's able. You don't believe he can do it. You don't believe he can get the job done. And many of us in our efforts to do things our way and in our own strength we make prayer our last resort forgetting there is no safer communication than that of talking to God. I know you can talk to your mama. I know you can talk to your friends. I know you can talk to your therapist. I know you can talk to your pastor. I know you can talk to your prayer partner. But my brothers and sisters, the safest communication is talking to God. He knows how to keep a secret.
39:50 He knows how to hear what you're asking for. And how to handle it without telling anybody your business. Can I tell you what I love about God? Though he may be so high. He is yet so low. Well you can talk to God about anything. You can tell him how you're feeling. You can tell him what frustrates you. See I know some of y'all only go talk to God about deep spiritual stuff. But I like to talk to God and say things like God they really getting on my nerve. You know God I really can't stand so and so. You know, so-and-so really want me to give them a piece of my mind. I thank God that I serve the type of God who knows how to come down and talk to Brandon when Brandon is in his worst state or in the worst state he can ever be in. I thank God that God is not so high where he cannot come to where I am and meet me in the pit of my struggle.
40:49 And he's right there to hear everything I have going on. My brothers and sisters, we often call on God when it's gotten too bad, too broken, too low, too severe. Forgetting how in control God really is. When we make God our last resort and not our first, we leave too much room and too much time for error and mistakes and trauma. I come to tell you, if you talk to God, God will talk to it. So here's the question tonight. How or when will God talk to it? I'm glad you asked my brothers and sisters. God will talk to it with a storm. y'all don't want to have my kind of church but i think i ought to put that in your soup while i'm in your kitchen just one more time can i add some more season into it god will talk to it with a start i know if you grew up like me in church amen you went to sunday school and you know the story of Jonah. Jonah has been given an assignment to go to Nineveh and with this assignment to go to Nineveh, Jonah was like some of us church folk here. Amen. He had a problem with Nineveh because Nineveh didn't sin like him. Oh, it's too late. It's too late to have that kind of talk.
42:28 you know amen we only like those who sin like we sin we only think those folk who sin like us is going to heaven amen everybody else who don't sin like we sin oh y'all ain't talking to me here hallelujah to god so jonah says i ain't got time to go to nineveh because amen i don't want god to do for nineveh what god has done for me but i thank god tonight that the same grace amen that pulled me out of my struggle the same grace that pulled me out of my predicament the same grace amen that looked beyond my thought and saw my knee it is the same grace for that person you can't stand it's the same grace for them people you talk about over the dinner table it's it's the same grace for those you walk by or walk past in church because you can't seem to stand there I thank God that his grace is so amazing that it looked beyond my status and looked beyond my mess up and looked beyond my struggle and his grace saw my knee.
43:38 Shed enough blood for me. And here Jonah is. Jonah, amen, has, amen, this situation where God is telling Jonah. He says, Jonah, I need you to get to Nineveh. and because Jonah doesn't want to go to Nineveh he is running from God and while Jonah is on the run from God my brothers and sisters he finds himself getting on a man a boat that's on his way or on its way to Tarshish when he gets up on the boat because he's trying to hide from God he doesn't just get on the boat but the bible says jonah finds himself amen down at the bottom of the boat hiding in the crevice of the boat because jonah thinks he can hide from god let me try it again because i want to find those who plan hide and seek with god in here tonight jonah runs from god he runs down amen to the seashore he gets in the boat amen and runs down to the bottom of the boat and he finds himself hiding in the crevice of the boat at the bottom because Jonah thinks he can run from God let me try it one more time Jonah is running from God he runs down to the seashore gets in the boat runs down to the bottom of the boat gets in the bottom of the boat and try to find himself in the crevice of the boat because Jonah is trying to hide from God and many of you are just like Jonah you're running down and further down and further down thinking you can hide from God but can I tell you what I love about God I don't care how far you run I don't care how low you get I don't care how much you try to hide my Bible says that his eyes are everywhere hallelujah to god and the same god amen that called you and found you when he called you is the same god that can find you while you're running brothers and sisters you can't run from
45:50 god i don't care how fast you think you are i don't care what kind of vehicle you get in god is everywhere oh bless his name that's why you can't run from him because he was already there before you got there because he's everywhere and I thank God that while I was running he found me in my sprint and here Jonah is running from God and wow Jonah is in the run my brothers and sisters the boat docks and the boat amen sails out gets ready to head to Tarshish but there's a storm glory to God there's a there's a there's a storm there's a storm Jonah finds himself a man running from God and the storm meets Jonah where he is my brothers and sisters hallelujah I believe in my heart amen that Jonah is in what I call a perfect storm amen my brothers and sisters one thing about a perfect storm is a perfect storm will always drive you to God And I know a lot of us, we don't like to go through storms, but I thank God that there are some storms that God has set aside just for you because he knows that the storm has an assignment.
47:16 The storm, amen, has a purpose. It is a perfect storm. A perfect storm is a storm that's designed by God. There's some storms we get ourselves in. hallelujah but I come back to tell you there's other storms that your good God put you in did you know that a good God will put you in a bad storm a good God will put you in a situation just so he can wake you up a good God will put you into trouble just so he can work something out in you a good God will put you through some things and have you praying amen for him to take you out and he won't take you out because he knows the storm has purpose if you don't believe me ask paul paul said for i reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed god said i'll put you in a storm because i know at the end of it there's glory waiting on you lord who am i preaching to in here tonight are you sitting next to your intercessor just nudge on them a little bit and say neighbor don't be worried about the storm you're going through because the storm has a purpose to put you closer to where God has ordained you Hallelujah!
48:43 And here Jonah is in the storm. And my brothers and sisters, amen, it is a perfect storm. Storms, amen, teach you that you cannot run from the wrath and purpose of God on your life. And this storm was so perfect that it pushed Jonah to pray. the storm pushed Jonah to do something Jonah hadn't done the whole time oh I thank him I'm sorry my shout kind of tried to get me right there I felt am I all right I thought the shout kind of tickled my feet hallelujah to God this storm made Jonah do something that Jonah should have been doing the whole time. This storm made Jonah remember. You should have prayed before you got on the boat. You should have prayed before you ran down there.
49:39 But you didn't pray. So you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to call something to put you on your knees to make you realize you can't run from me and you better not forget that you always need me. push push oh yeah oh bless him here hallelujah it pushed jonah to do what he should have been doing the whole time and here jonah he began to realize that god was behind it all and can i give you good news my brothers and sisters if god is behind it all he's the same god that can get in front of it all. I'm in the wrong church. The same God that got behind the storm is the same God that can get in front. Lord, help me in here today. I don't know who I'm preaching to in here, but I want to encourage somebody that you're going through something and God is behind it, but as soon as you get on your knees tonight, he's going to say, hold up.
50:45 Let me get in front of it. I don't know who I'm preaching to in here, but I dare you look at your inner sense and say, guess what? He's going to get behind it to push me on my knees but he gonna get in front of it to pull me through it just hold somebody's hand and say neighbor if you feel something pulling you it's God in front of your situation pulling you to a place called victory if you believe it throw your head back and shout
51:24 God steps in on time God reminds Jonah you better not forget about me don't hit rock bottom before you remember who God is and here Jonah is on the boat while Jonah is here on the boat storm hits the boat when the storm hits the boat the captain says hold up wait a minute somebody on the ship then made a mistake i don't know who on this ship didn't been been been doing something you ain't supposed to been doing but uh something wrong here huh and the bible says they cast lots and the lot fell on jonah and when the lot fell on jonah jonah said what a lot of us like to say we sing it in the pentecostal church said throw me overboard i gotta hide in place y'all y'all ain't talking to hallelujah Jonah understood a man hallelujah that that if they throw him over if his life is in the hand of God not only am I safe on shore not only am I safe on the ship but I'm even safe in water good God here oh did you hear me tonight when you got purpose on your life not only am I safe on shore not only am I safe on the ship but if you throw me overboard I'm even safe in God why because my purpose is bigger than my failure my purpose is bigger than my mistake my purpose is bigger than my bad decision and God knows how to get down in trouble with me and say because your purpose is so great I'm gonna prepare Yeah!
53:17 gonna prepare a great fish Bible says they threw Jonah overboard and between verses 1 and 10 Jonah prays before Jonah even gets in the belly on his way down Hallelujah On his way down On his way down Jonah Jonah that's good news for somebody tonight This not even in my notes but it's in my spirit On your way down you can still pray On your way to trouble you can Lord I wish I was in the right church in here I need somebody who ain't too sedated to tell your story that you was on your way to do something you know you had no business doing and on your way you pray glory to God the reason the stray bullet didn't hit you while you were on your way is because you had a little talk with Jesus told him all about your troubles he'll hear your faintest cry he'll answer by and by Lord I wish I was in the right place all this way down and mixed in between the request and God showing up Jonah talked to God and what I love about Jonah talking to God is Jonah talked to God and became his personal intercessor normally intercession is what you do for others but sometimes life gets so rough Yes.
55:08 I want to pray for you but every now and again it's me it's me oh Lord standing in the need of prayers not my mother good God here not my father but it's me Lord I just I wish I had a church can I free you for a moment I know you may want to pray for your kids tonight I know you may want to pray for your spouse tonight I know you may want to pray for your parents tonight You may even want to pray for your co-workers or your job But can we take a moment and get real personal And say God before I pray for them I just need you to know I'm right here for myself It's me tonight God It's me tonight God I need my own miracle I need my own breakthrough I'm not going to feel guilty tonight When I say it's not my mother It's not my father But it's me, oh Lord standing hallelujah standing in the need of prayer we were we we were flying first time pastor we took our kids on a on a on a plane on a trip and while we're on the plane they said something that really disturbed me.
56:37 They said, if you have children with you and the plane hits, you know, some turbulence and that little breathing apparatus falls out, they said, put it on yourself first before you put it on your children. I'm a father. So I called the little stewardess. I hit the little button up top. Boom, boom.
57:06 Stewardess came to my row and said, Hello, sir. I said, How are you doing? They said, Good. I said, I got a question. They said, What's your question? I said, I'm trying to figure out why, if I have children, and the little breathing apparatus come down, why you want me to put it on my children before I put it on myself? she gave me good preaching she said well sir how you gonna help your children if you haven't first helped yourself come here church all i'm trying to tell you is that you gotta learn how to pray for you because i can't pray for others if i haven't first got myself together oh bless his name tonight so i need somebody amen to wave your hand and say i'm gonna be a little selfish tonight and yes God I'm going to pray for them but before I pray for them I need you to know Father I stretch my hand to thee no other help I know if thou withdraw thy hand from me whether Lord I thought I was in the right church where you can open up your mouth and say it's me tonight I feel myself falling I feel myself drowning I feel things getting crazy But here I am At midnight prayer Saying Lord if you don't help me I'm not going to make it through Lord if you don't strengthen me I'm not going to make it through Lord if you don't show up I'm not going to make it through Lord if you don't hear me Lord I need a church That can open up your mouth And say it's me tonight It's me tonight I'm sorry I just felt a breakthrough hit this house I just felt something shift in here Hallelujah Somebody open your mouth and shout and through the storm
59:13 Jonah talked to God it took a storm to make Jonah talk to God through the storm he was able to get God's attention he was able to talk to God in the most painful place of his life he was able to talk to God while things were at their craziest in his life and Jonah did not let it stop him hallelujah but it was through this storm where he learned no matter how bad life gets I can always go to God because I know God is going to show up for me my brothers and sisters you can always talk to God not just through a storm but you can always talk to God through a praise I wish I had a church if you read chapter two good Jonah starts off complaining he starts off talking to God real angry real upset he goes to God with real issues but as Jonah begins to end the prayer he goes from complaining and then he goes to thinking glory to God let me try it again Jonah goes from complaining and then Jonah goes to thinking because Jonah understands something that a lot of us may not understand if I talk to God long enough I'll have so much peace about where I am that I'll begin to thank him before he gets me out hallelujah to God and if I thank him long enough while I'm in it before I know it he'll be getting me right out of it I wonder if you're sitting next to the right person that understands tonight that if you want to get God to move you got to learn how to praise him
1:01:18 in the middle of a storm and if you can praise him in the middle of a storm, you will find out that the God you serve may not come when you want him, but he's always. I'm closing. I feel my train coming, but watch.
1:01:40 There's a story of a man who sat outside McDonald's. He was poor, didn't have much. He had nubs missing from his toes and nubs missing from his fingers. he looked ashy all over his face and hair all over his head and clothes looked dirty and he had several pair of pants on to stay warm in the winter man went to the trash can and looked through the trash can at mcdonald's and while he looked through the trash can he found a half-drink coke he got it out and he put it on the side went through there and found him a half-eaten double cheeseburger took that out and he put it to the side looked down in there and he saw a half-eaten super-sized fry he got that out and he put it to the side the man sat next to that trash can said Indian style and he took the half eaten double cheeseburger unwrapped it from the paper took the fries and put it next to it and took the half eaten coke or half drank coke and put it next to that and before the man began to eat he prayed well my brothers and sisters a man saw him eating that half-eaten food and saw him rummaging through the trash can to get it and while the man saw him doing that he went into the mcdonald's and he went and got him a big mac and he went and got him some fresh fried french fries and went and got him a super-sized coke and he brought it to the man and put it at the man's feet and the
1:03:48 man just knew that that old man was gonna just gush it down his mouth but that's not what he did church he took the half-eaten food and he put it back in the trash he opened up hallelujah of that Big Mac hallelujah to God and he put the fries on the side of the box as he was setting up his meal and then he took the coke and took it out of the took it out of the took the straw out of the paper and put it into the coke but before hallelujah he ate he said Indian style put his hands back together and he prayed what are you saying bishop I'm saying you better learn how to pray and thank God for good days and bad days of life. If you can't thank him for a half-eaten cheeseburger, you sure can't thank him when he blessed you with a Big Mac. I'm closing here, fellowship, but I just wonder, are you sitting next to the right person who says, I ain't got everything I want and everything ain't going the way I want it to go and I need God.
