0:00 This is a subject I do not like to talk about. I wish there was someone else to talk about it. But you've got an amazing pastor. Jack Hibbs is doing things that I wish all pastors would do. He's actually taking on a lot of the political material, a lot of the political problems, and he's actually tackling them head on. You have an amazing pastor. Let's give him a hand. So he asked me to come and help him out tonight. He's not here tonight. And he said, would you actually talk about what Islam is doing politically here in the United States? So I'm going to be looking at five people. I'm going to look at Mamdani, Al-Sayed, Rashid Talib, Ilhal Omar, and also Dr. Yasir Qadi. I'm not going to say about what their agenda is, what they're doing, and what you need to be aware of and what's going on from a theological standpoint.
1:00 And then I'm going to apply it by looking at Iran as to what's happening in Iran right now. Why are we in Iran of all places? I'm going to show you and apply what they're doing here. They're also doing in Iran, but not just Iran. They're also doing it in Nigeria. They have just done it in other parts of the world. In fact, when you look at much of the Middle East today, it used to be Christian. But look at it today. It's all become Muslim. It's all become Islamic. Why? Because of the same playbook that they've been using for the last 1,400 years, they're using it today as well. And it's starting to come to America. So you need to be aware of what that playbook is, and that's what we're going to talk about tonight. So let's get right into it. Looking at political Islam in America, I've been told that I have way too much material on every slide. I'm sorry. This is how my students like it. So you can have the slides. It's there on the computer. Don't worry about getting it from me.
1:54 Don't take pictures of every slide. Just go and ask them for the whole PowerPoint. It's for you to use. That's only for the people here, those who are watching. You cannot get it. I get this all the time. Jay, you promised we could have the PowerPoint? No, that's only for the people who came tonight. Here we go. Now, to understand Islam, we need to know how we can go on the offense. And for those of you who have probably gone to any symposium or been taught about Islam in your schools or your Bible schools or your seminaries, you've been told that you do not confront Islam. You've been told to really love people into the kingdom. You've been told to have peace and reconciliation. Am I correct to say yes? That's all that we've been taught. That's called the ironical approach. And you have to do that. Don't stop doing that. Please don't stop doing that. You've got to use the ironical approach. But there are some of you that need to go on the offense.
2:48 The ironical approach and what we talk about that, we use the word apologetics. And apologetics is to defend the gospel. And all of our disciples used apologetics. Jesus used apologetics. But when the Muslims confront us, especially on the person of Jesus Christ and on the authority of our scriptures, you've got to defend against that. But then you've also got to take the same questions and apply it back to Islam. And you've got to confront their man and their book. And that we're not teaching because that's called polemics. How many even know what that word was before tonight? A few hands. That's the problem. We don't know what that word is. And yet that's exactly what Paul did. Everywhere Paul went to, in Laodicea, in Cappadocia, in Berea, there in Ephesus, every city he went into, he didn't create a relationship with the people he was going to engage with. He probably didn't even know the names of the people he was going to talk to.
3:43 He went right into the synagogues, uninvited, and he confronted the Pharisees with what they had done to the Messiah. Now that's called polemics, going on the offense. And he got thrown into prison. He was whipped. Twice they tried to stone him to death, caused a riot there in Ephesus, and they finally killed him in Rome. And that's what happens when you go on the offense, especially with Islam. and that's why we don't teach it in any of our schools. We're the only ones that teach it, right? We have a Master of Arts and Apologetics and Plemics to Islam so we do teach it but we're the only ones that dare do that and the reason why we do that is because we're at Veritas International University which is your seminary. That is the seminary for all the Calvary chapels. Did you all know that? You've got your own seminary. Pat yourself on the back.
4:36 And we are the ones that do all the Islamic work there. And so because of that, we have to come up with three different categories of polemics. And I'll be talking about all three of them on Sunday. Each one of them I'm going to use for each service. So I'm going to have a totally different talk, each one of the three services. I told Jack I was going to do that. And he says, okay, that means we're going to keep cars here the whole time. Bless you. 10,000 people here. How are you going to do it in a venue that only seats 2,400? He says we have an awful lot of places out in the back. Internal polemics is what I'm going to introduce on the first service. Now, internal polemics is just taking the Quran, opening it up, reading what's on the pages, and then confronting what's in the book. Looking at Muhammad, looking at his life, look and see what he did during his life, especially between 610 and 632, and confronting the man. That's called internal polemics.
5:30 And that's what most of us do. Most of us have been trained. I did that for over 30 years. Beth and I used to do that on the ladder every week. That's called internal polemics. Then there's a second form of polemics, and that's called cultural polemics. Cultural polemics looks at Islam around the world today and confronts it and says, hold on a minute. Look at how you're dressing your women. Look at how you eat, walk, talk. Look at how you're doing all this, and look how irrelevant that is for today. You come to America, and you bring your culture with you. Leave your culture back there. You assimilate when you come to this country. You become American. So that's called cultural polemics. And some of what I'm going to do tonight is from that area, especially the political part. And then the third one is one that I'm probably more famous for, and this is the historical polemics or the external polemics. And this is what Dan and I, we do. And that is not even opening the Koran.
6:23 We don't waste our time opening the book. We don't look at Muhammad. Why would you want to open and talk about a man that didn't even exist? If he didn't exist, what a waste of time. If the book was not even there in the 7th century, then we need to find out when this book was put together, where it comes from, and where did they borrow it from. Wait till you find out. But that's Sunday. You have to wait till Sunday to find out what we now know. And that is always evolving and changing and moving because there's so much new material coming into this third form. It's brand new. It's very exciting, very controversial, and very damaging because it hits at the very foundation of Islam historically. Now tonight we're going to look at the politics, the second why area of cultural polemics, and specifically we're going to look and see what it does and what they're doing in the United States and looking at Iran as an application of that. So let's start with our introduction. And to do this I want to tell you what we're, basically I want to show you what we're up against because for those of you who don't know much about Islam, I'm going to give you some cultural grids that we need to be aware of. Many of you probably have Muslim friends, or you have somebody on your street that's a Muslim, maybe someone you're working with, maybe someone you're at school with, and you look at them and they say, well, they're perfectly fine.
7:44 They're just like you and me. And that's true. They are perfectly fine. But the vast majority of Muslims have a completely different cultural grid than we do. Let me explain what I'm talking about. And this comes from Dr. Sam Solomon, a good friend of Bethanar. I don't know, Dan, if you knew him as well. But he was a good friend of ours for many years. He just died last year. He used to come from, of course, he was a Muslim at one point. He had memorized the Quran in Arabic and in English and in Urdu. He was head of all the Islamic courts in Pakistan for nine years before he met the Lord. And coming out of Islam, he understands Islam party probably better than anybody else I know. And he said, when you look at the world today, let's start from the Westerners standpoint. As Westerners, we look at life in the big circle there. So everything is involved with our life, and our religious experience is very small. I'm not saying this church. This does not represent this church. I'm talking about most Christians here in the United States. What they do Monday through Saturday, it doesn't really change or impact upon their life.
8:46 It's only Sunday that they come to church, and maybe for only two hours in that morning. So religion is a very small part of their lives. And that's the case for most Americans. That's certainly the case for most Europeans. Islam, however, looks at it completely different. As a Muslim, they look at all of life as impacted by religion. So how they walk, talk, eat, drink, sleep is impacted by what the prophet did. What he did, you did. What the prophet said, you say. And so their whole life is impacted by Islam. And the other small life of those who are in an Islamic context is a very small area and they don't really care about that part, those people who are there. And what they do, and what they're supposed to do is they're supposed to impact on those who are not part of Islam and make them Muslims. Now that's the idea of trying to understand, we're talking about two different paradigms, two different cultural grids between Westerners and Muslims.
9:43 but it goes even deeper than that what about Muslims that are here who've come from over there they're now here in California they're now here in Chino Chino Hills Muslims everything they do is part of their religion but for those Muslims that come here to the west for those who come into our experience they come with a whole other culture grid and that is they look at the world in two different spheres and for a Muslim whenever they're in their own culture when they're in their own country, when they're in their own community, when they're even within their own family, they are in what they call Dar al-Islam, which means house of Islam. That's what it means in Arabic. So they're in the house of Islam, but when they leave their country or their community or even when they leave their family and come to Chino here, they then come into what they call Dar al-Harp.
10:37 Dar al-Harp means house of war. That's exactly what it means. so when they come to the west they're in the context of war what happens when we go to war and you're behind enemy lines you can lie and cheat and do anything you want can't you and so they see United States as that so many Muslims that are here you will find that they'll say one thing to you in English but then when you hear them within their own family in Urdu or in Arabic or in other languages they'll say something completely different maybe some of you know Yasser Arafat remember Yasser Arafat who used to say something for the television cameras in English. Oh yes, we have no problem with a two-party system, a two-state system for Israel. Yes, we believe in peace. Yes, we believe anything you want us to believe in English. But as soon as he went back to Ramallah in Arabic, he'd say something completely different.
11:29 That is this idea of Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Harb. So when they come to the house of war, then they pretty much can say anything you want to hear. And they do say anything you want to hear. Thank you. Now those who are in the West, they're small, that's true. They are very small to begin with and they're not very big. But the reason they've come to the West is to make Dar al-Harb into Dar al-Islam. So the whole premise of coming here is to make this, which is the house of war, into the house of Islam. Are you following that? Now most people don't know this about that. And this is why it was so good for Dr. Solomon to help me with that. But now I see examples of that everywhere I go. And that's why we need to be careful that many of the people that we see, many of the people I hear all the time, my green grocer down the street, he's the nicest man I've ever met. And of course he's nice. He has to be nice.
12:22 And thank God he is nice. But be aware of the fact that he may not, that may be nothing more than bringing you into Islam. So I'm going to show you some maps before I go on. When you look at the world today, look at that map, the breakdown of the world's religion. Notice where Islam is, which is in green. Notice it's between what we call the 1040 window, the 10th and the 40th parallel. That's the area of the world that's the least reached, where the gospel is the least. And it's almost completely dominated by Islam. Because of the fact they are probably the hardest people to engage the gospel with. because of these views, these cultural views, and their view of Dada al-Islam and Dalar al-Har. Now, when you look at a map, and most people, when they look at maps of where Islam is, they usually show you maps like this, which suggests to you, as you look at that, that most Muslims are in North Africa and the Middle East.
13:19 Am I correct? So it suggests to me also that most Muslims speak Arabic because those are all Arabic-speaking countries, aren't they? But that's a lie. That's not where the most Muslims are. in fact only 15% of all Muslims live in those countries they're in dark green only 15% of Muslims speak Arabic the vast majority do not come from those countries because when you see that map that is the percentage of those countries that is Islamic and the percentage of you're right they've taken over every one of those countries look at those countries most of them were Christian at one time how is it that they all become Muslims and Islamic in just 1,400 years. So when you want to look at a map, look at this map. This is the total population of Muslims.
14:12 Notice now where the dark green is. It's not in the Middle East. Where is it? It's in Asia. So when you look at it in a circular diagram, notice how much bigger Asia-Pacific Muslims are than Middle East. Almost a billion in that part of the world. part of the world. And those four countries are the four largest Muslim countries in the world. Indonesia, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Notice none of them speak Arabic. None of those four countries speak Arabic. I grew up in India. I was surrounded by Muslims all my life. I have no fear of Islam. Hold on a minute. I do have a fear of Islam. I have no fear of Muslims. Do you see what I make an distinction of? I am absolutely Islamophobic. I am absolutely Islamophobic. I am phobic about Islam, but I love the Muslims. But I love the Muslims.
15:08 And I make a distinction because it's what Islam is doing to those Muslims that's creating the problems that we see around the world. And I want to stop Islam from doing this because I love these people. They're my favorite people. I spent 45 years working with these people because I love them that much. Especially in India, where my parents or my grandparents are. I'm third generation from India. I should add to that Nigeria. See Nigeria there? That is the fifth largest Muslim country with 107 million Muslims. So let's put them up and look at the numbers. Worldwide, there's almost 2 billion Muslims. They are going to surpass Christianity as the largest religion in possibly 25 years. So we can no longer say that they're over there. They're now very much over here. The largest would be Indonesia with 240 million, India with 220 million, Pakistan with 210 million, Bangladesh 185 million, and then Nigeria 107 million. None of them speak Arabic.
16:09 Yet all of our missiology and everything we've been taught about how to engage with Muslims has been only the Arab speaking world. Have you noticed that? We've got to retool folks and we've got to realize what we're up against. 962 million non-Arab speaking Muslims more than half the Muslim world and our tactics and strategies must reflect this so when you look at the world today just look at where that red area is the red regions are the largest populated areas of the world and that's also where the largest number of Muslims are There's a pie graph, and you can see that. Look at this here. That's the area that's Arab-speaking that I have in green. But the population of Muslims is much bigger. And when you talk about missiologically speaking, we need to change our missiology to reflect the much larger 85% of the Muslim world, which is much more confrontational and much more polemical.
17:04 That's why we're trying to get people engaged, because by far the ones who are attacking Christianity are not the Arabs. Look at all the names. Anand Rashid, Mansour Ahmad, Ahmad Didat, Zakir Naik, Shabir Ali. These are none of them are from the Arab speaking world. And those are the guys I have to debate. They're the ones that I've debated. I've had over 100 debates with these men back in the 1990s and the early 2000s. And they do speak Arabic, but tertiary. They only speak memorized parts of the scripture. They do everything in English. And that's why we can engage with them so much clearly and quicker. Now, here's the problem. Historically, Muslims have always pushed for domination in four areas. They have not done missionary work like we do missionary work. We go in and we engage face-to-face, and people voluntarily accept Christ. That's now how Islam has done for 1,400 years.
17:59 They always start with politics. They always go politically speaking. This has happened in Syria. This has happened in Jordan. This has happened in Lebanon. This has happened in what is today Iran and Iraq. in almost every one of those countries, which were Christian countries, they always took over the political structures. Once they got the political structures, then they took over the judiciary, using their political clout to then introduce sharia laws and institutions. Once they get sharia laws in there, folks, then they then take over the military. Once they have the political structure and judiciary, they can easily control the military and then quash any domestic dissent, and then they go to education, introducing Islamic-only education. Notice, none of these three have anything to do with missionary activity that we would define as missionary activity. That's why we completely forget. We don't see, we aren't aware of what's happening all around us. With these four areas of power, they can then impose themselves on others. Look at Nigeria today.
18:53 I have to go to Nigeria every year. I'll be there next month. And I go there every year in the last five years because we are losing Nigeria to Islam. it's the largest country in Africa 220 million it has the largest Muslim population in Africa 107 million Muslims and they are now taking over politically they now control the presidentship, they also control the prime ministership most of the states now have Muslim governors they're taking over the judiciary, they're now introducing Islamic law, there are nine different articles that have been introduced to the constitution of Nigeria and the Christian church didn't even know this was happening. And we're saying, have you looked and seen what you're allowing, what you're bringing in? So we're helping them to stop this and to actually get the Christian church back up and using its clout and using its energy. Once they have these four areas of power, then they can dictate morality, constraints on dress, food, music, drink, and lifestyle, also marriage and promiscuity.
19:56 They can also then impose constraints on our freedoms, freedom of speech, freedom to evangelize, freedom even of movement, freedom of assembly and education, and financial freedoms. Every one of these freedoms has now been eradicated from Muslim countries around the world. and then of course they then control their foreign policy aligning themselves alongside other Muslim countries to vote and then impose their views of sharia law worldwide including here in the United States we'll get to that, hold on to that in fact let's do that right now, let's bring it home what about what's happening here in America let's bring it to what we're dealing with right now and let's start with this fellow right here Zoran Mandani who is Zoran Mandani? Well, he's an Indian-American Shia Muslim born in Kampala, Uganda in 1991, and then he moved to South Africa when he was five, and then finally moved to New York when he was seven.
20:54 He is the first Muslim and the first Asian mayor of New York. His father, Mahmoud Mondani, was an academic born in India but raised in Uganda. His mother, Rama Dwaji, is a Texas-born woman of Syrian Muslim parentage. Thus his parental background of left progressivism influences ideology more than his religion. And most, for all practical purposes, he looks like a leftist more than a Muslim. And you'll see that in the things he says. Yet his initial victory in the Democratic Party owed much to people of his own religious and cultural demographic who are ideologically close to the squad, as you know them, of the democratic socials of America. His victory also was a result of changing demographics, not least the upsurge in Muslim numbers in New York City, estimated at now 1 million. In fact, there are now more Muslims in New York than there are Jews. Due to a combination of immigration and reproduction levels, usually higher for Muslims than other groups, isn't it right Beth that in Britain an average woman has two and a half children?
21:58 How she does that I don't know. But the average Muslim woman has 4.2, double the national average. And this is not only in Britain, it's all over the world that this is happening. Then we have Rashida Tlaib from Michigan. In 1976 in Detroit she was born, daughter of Palestinian immigrants, the eldest of 14 children, nicknamed Mama Bariff by colleagues, and she likes to help disenfranchised people. And she's known for this. She does have a very ironic side to her. She is a member of the leftist congressional group known as The Squad, who supports abortion. Now notice, a Muslim supporting abortion, absolutely anathema in Islam. She supports the LGBT agenda, again anathema in Islam, and believes that Allah could be a woman, again anathema in Islam, and considers herself as an Arab-American leftist.
22:54 She was the first Muslim woman ever elected to the Michigan legislature, one of the first two Muslim women in the U.S. Congress, the first Palestinian-American woman to serve in Congress who supports the one-state solution for Palestine and has been very vocal on Palestinian rights, understandably because she herself is Palestinian. But Ilham Omar is not Palestinian. She's from Minneapolis and she is from Somalia. Born in 1982 in the capital of Somalia, Mogadishu, to a very wealthy family, her family fled the country's civil war when she was eight and spent four years in a refugee camp in Kenya before coming to the United States in the 1990s. interestingly sponsored by the Lutheran Church. And in 1997, she then moved to Minneapolis. Now, here is a real problem with her marriages, or yes, you've probably heard this all over the news, and here's what we can find, and this is at least what I can say tonight.
23:50 She has been married Islamically, and that's how she gets around these marriage laws, which means you can just go to the mosque, and as long as you are married by the imam, you can be divorced just as easily just by the man saying talak talak talak three times so she was more married Islamically to Ahmad Abdesalan Hirsi in 2002 had two children through him but then split up in 2008 and married another man named Ahmad Nur Said Elmi but then split up with him in 2011 but not divorced and filed joint tax returns with Hirsi and had a third child while she was supposedly still married with Ahmad Nur Said Elmi do you see the problem there? That's bigamy. Then officially divorced Elmi in 2017 and Hirsi in 2019 so that this would not be a problem. Now when asked how is it she can do this and is this not illegal, she says, hold on a minute, I was married and divorced Islamically.
24:44 So they're already applying a law within a law. Can you see how easy that is? She supports abortion, again, anathema in Islam and LGBT agenda while wearing a hijab and claiming to be a strong Muslim while criticizing Wahhabism, Saudi Arabian Wahhabism. She's a strong supporter of Palestine and backs the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Group, that's BDS, known as BDS, and wants to see the Minneapolis Police Department completely disbanded and replaced with who knows what. It follows that, like her colleague Talaib, Omar is more a leftist activist than a traditional Muslim or an Islamist.
25:21 And then let's go to Abdul Rahman Muhammad Al-Sayed out of Dearborn, Michigan, who just won his primaries a few weeks ago. remember what happened the very next day when he was interviewed he said I want you to pronounce my name Abdul Rahman Muhammad Al-Sayed I want you to pronounce it and if you cannot pronounce it then why should I pay attention to you what does that tell you what does that tell you born in Michigan of Egyptian parents. So he is born here, which means he could become the president of the United States.
25:55 But raised by his father and U.S. stepmother, who became a convert, she's an American. She has two PhDs, one a doctorate in philosophy in public health from Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, and then also has an MD in medicine from Columbia University. And he decided to go into medicine because of what he saw in the Quran in chapter 5 verse 32. he who takes it, or he says, O children of Israel, if he who takes the blood of one, it's if he takes the blood of all. So if you take the blood of a Muslim, you take the blood of all Muslims. Therefore, it says, he who saves the blood of all, saves the blood of one Muslim, you're saving the blood of all Muslims. That's the verse, chapter 5, verse 32, that he took as his dictum to go into medicine. So he's a strong Muslim. He actually uses the Quran for his support. He did a speech a number of years ago in 2007. Bill Clinton was at the speech, saw the ability of this man. He's a great orator. He's a great speech maker. And so he just said, why don't you go into politics? We need your kind in politics. And that happened in 2007.
26:58 He again supports abortion and the LGBT agenda. He wants to abolish ICE and limit the Supreme Court and supports Palestine with hostility towards Israel and Saudi Arabia and Mohibism. And then he supports Saudi Allah. A number of weeks ago, he did an interview on Fox News. the question was asked him, why do you support Sharia law? And he says, hold on a minute, you have canon law. If you have canon law, why can't we have Sharia law? Without realizing that canon law only works for those who are part of the canon, who are part of that denomination. So you have the Anglicans who have canon law, you have the Episcopalians who have canon law, but it only belongs, it only has a reflection on Episcopalians and Anglicans. Not outside of which, Islamic law has authority on everybody. Remember, once you take over politically, then you introduce Sharia Allah, that imposes itself on everybody, minority and majority alike, Muslim and non-Muslim alike. He completely misconstrued the two.
27:58 He's a very strong Muslim who demands people say his full name and finds Muhammad a man of impeccable character. Boy, I could go a whole hour on just that one. No time. Let's go to this man here. This is the man by far who I think is the most dangerous. Two weeks ago, I was in Dallas helping the church and many of the businessmen to realize what they're up against in Dallas. This is Dr. Yasir Khadi from Dallas, Texas. From Pakistan, born and grew up here. Though not a politician yet. I'm sorry, he was not born here. He's by far the most dangerous, I think, of all of them, even though he's not a politician yet. Because he is the only one that I know that has both degrees from both camps. He has the highest degree you can get from Medina University on the Hadith sciences. And he also has a Ph.D. from Yale University on historical criticism, primarily on Ibn Taymiyyah.
28:55 So he has been in both camps, has the highest degree you can get in both Western and Eastern academia. That's why he's dangerous. Because he understands the weaknesses and the power of both. His father, Dr. Mazar Kazi, a biologist and religious teacher from the Mauduri Jamaat-e-Islami. Jamaat-e-Islami from Mauduri. Most of you don't know what I'm talking about, but I know what I'm talking about because this is the guy that's from India that actually immigrated in the 1940s at partition to go into Pakistan and started all these madrasas there. These madrasas who we understand that up today, 1.7 million of these talibis, These students are graduating from these madrasas there in northern Pakistan. And they were the ones that became the Talibais who became the Taliban. You know what the Taliban did and what they're doing today. So we're talking about a very radical form of Islam that he was born with and came out of.
29:50 He himself used to be a Salafi, but he has now left Salafism. He was born in Houston, so he was born in the States in 1975. Between 1995 and 1965, that can't be right. It's from 1965 to 1995. Boy, that's a typo. Alistair, you didn't pick that up. Studied in the Islamic University of Medina, where you get the highest degree you can get. Got a diploma in Arabic, a BA in Hadith Sciences, and an MA in Islamic theology. And then finished his PhD in Yale, studying Ibn Taymiyyah. Now is Dean of the Islamic Seminary of America and a scholar of the Epic Center. What is the Epic Center? East Plato Islamic Center. How many people have heard of this? I want to see many hands next time I come speak because that is the center that is their model for United States it's there in northeast Dallas and they want to use this as what they want to do for the rest of America so he is the one that is a scholar for that center now he is absolutely against the LGBT agenda are you following this?
30:55 he is absolutely against abortion which is exactly what he should be as if he's a good Muslim he used to be a Salafi but he's moved away from Salafism the Salafism are the radical form those who come from the companions of the prophet themselves and so that's why he has moved away from Salafism and has moved into Wasatia which is a moderate viewpoint of a balance of moderation, balance and justice is what they believe looking for a middle path between the two extremes which seek interaction and integration with the west so the Salafis over here on the right want to go back to the prophet's example and wanted to walk, talk, eat, drink, sleep, exactly like he did between 6.10 and 6.32 when he was there in Mecca Medina.
31:39 He now is, on this side, you have the very liberal Islam, over here on the left, who are trying to walk away from Islam. They're coming to the West, trying to get away from these strictures of Islam and to try to sanitize Islam for you and me. Now, he's in between these two camps, and that's what the Masatiyah are, and he is one of the primary spokesmen for them. Because of his importance to Islam in the USA, I'm going to spend a little bit more time on him because he is the one that's actually explaining it better than anybody else. And he says this, these are his quotes. The power of a united Islamic influence is what we desire. In other words, as a group, Muslims as a minority can influence other Muslims at every level. He said advancing the Islamic agenda in every area of power is what we seek here in the United States. So he says we need to be involved in the government. We need to be involved in the Pentagon. We need to be involved in the FBI and the CIA because Muslims have the correct morality unlike Americans. So this is from him. He's saying this.
32:36 because of the high Muslim birth rate, almost double the national average, we will have a majority of people within one generation. What he calls the halal secret weapon, that's what he gives a name to it. This is a similar statement made by Muammar Gaddafi a number of years ago before he was killed. It suggests that they are not interested in persuading people of the superiority or even the truth of Islam like we do with Christianity. And that's what we do in missionary work, as they believe Islam will simply be brought about by sheer numbers. and taking over the four areas of power. Sharia, he says, is and will be supreme overall. Looking at chapter 5, verse 44 and 47, the idea that Sharia is Allah's prime rule for mankind, and if you follow any other system of law above it, you reject your faith. If you judge by anything other than that which comes from Allah, you have negated your faith as a disbeliever. The reason is because societies will come and go, but Allah's dictates are eternal for everyone, everywhere.
33:35 and I would add for all time. What we do in the next 30 years, he says, will dictate Islam for the next 300 years in USA. So Qadli believes that this is the first generation which will lay the foundations for the next 300 years in academia and for the preservation of Islam by building schools and mosques and seminaries and institutes and masjids all over the United States to bring about an Islamic success. He believes the USA is an empty slate. so this is the best place where this can be done are you listening to this? are you paying attention? this is happening now there in Dallas, Texas he says take the best of Islam and instead of 100 houses with epic 1 that's the first conubration make it a thousand houses with epic 2 now they're starting epic 2 in Dallas rather than just one masjid make it a magnificent complex with purpose built complexes rather than a subdivision, an entire city, and advertise it to the entire continent right here in Dallas.
34:39 This will be an opportunity for the American Dahwa scene. Dahwa is really their word for missiology, what they call to invite. He believes that what is already there will go be so much better than the second time around just because it is bigger. And then he talked about Mamdani, who he should have been criticizing for everything Mamdani stands for. But he said Mamdani is a monumental victory for the Ummah, a game changer. Note, Mamdani is a Shiite, he's pro-LGBT, he supports abortion, and he's very much a communist. All of which Qadi would reject. But he is willing to forego such trivialities in order to get Muslims into power. We start small, he says, and agree with those whom we support until we gain power, until they get to 51%. Then they can take over the Democratic Party for themselves using the opposition as useful idiots.
35:33 No. While the first four Muslim politicians, Mamdani, Tlaib, Said, and Omar, all support abortion and the LGBT agenda, none of which are Islamic, theirs is a traditional immigrant story punctuated with victimhood, which the left thrives on. They always support and use their victimization. So that with so much quick success as they've been getting in the last few elections, in the last few years, that their time, they believe, has come, allowing them the freedom to assert themselves. That's why they want to then impose their views. Demographic changes as various urban areas of the U.S. and the growth of left progressive element among the Democratic Party now offers a welcome back to them, not least on issues such as Palestine since 2023. and they've run with the Palestinian issue in the last three years.
36:33 Here's the irony. Muslims are generally social conservatives, very similar to us, whose values are much more in keeping with the conservative Republican Party, yet some believe that if the latter, the Republican Party, would take on policies on the Middle East and change those policies, particularly concerning Israel and Palestine, in other words, flip the two, it is likely that a major defection of Muslims to the GOP could take place. Please don't. But you can see why some are suggesting that. Dr. Cuddy, however, is not concerned necessarily with the non-Islamic beliefs of the current Muslim politicians, since he is looking at the long goal of slowly attaining power by demanding Muslims vote as a bloc in order to control U.S. politics, coupled with the judiciary, education, and finally the military, a tried and proven common practice that has been used for the last 1,400 years.
37:28 So what will happen if or when the Democrats do come to power on the coattails of these strong and energetic Muslims and they then turn on them once they have 51%? Are you ready for that? Coddy, possibly the dominant and future theologian for Muslims in the U.S., and some believe even for modern Muslims worldwide, may not be a Salafist anymore, but he is still very conservative and is completely dependent on the Quran and Muhammad for his model. And we know where that model leads and how to defeat them. That's why this conference this next weekend is absolutely important because we're going to show you how to confront and defeat that model. So let's now apply this model to the current problem. Let's talk about Iran. And Jack asked me if I would apply this to Iran. Let's see why Iran is so special and why it's unique. So let's look at the Iranian conflict.
38:23 I'm probably going to step on some toes of people who are watching. I may even step on some of your toes here. Bear with me. We need to look and see what's going on theologically to understand really what's happening in Iran. So let's do that. And due to that, we need to look at some history. We need to look back and see what's going on. Let's start with the Middle East in the 21st century. Let's look at right now. From a Sunni perspective, remember that 90% of the Muslim world is Sunni. Only 10% is Shia. So the vast majority of Muslims are Sunni. The only Shia countries that we can talk about are Iran, the southern part of Iraq, Bahrain over here to the west, and going over to the east, the southern part of Afghanistan and the southern part of Pakistan. That's it. The rest of the Muslim world is Sunni. Now there are pockets of Shias in every country. There are also pockets of Shiaism here in the United States.
39:19 Now, from a Muslim perspective, which make up 10%, I'm sorry, let's see, what's the difference between these two? The Sunnis believe that the mantle of the prophet can be on anybody who's part of the ulema. That means anybody who is a religious leader. So anybody can take on the mantle of the prophet, can have authority over the caliphate. The Shias, however, believe that only someone in the line of the prophet can take on that mantle. so it has to come from Ali who is the cousin of Muhammad who is also the son-in-law of Muhammad and then Hussein who comes after that and then the other 12 imams that come after that so they have a completely different view of government completely different view of authority and that's where the problem lies as you're going to see if you look at the 21st century historical events which we are not paying attention to notice Who has been creating most of the violence in the Middle East in the 21st century? Well, you can name them.
40:14 Al-Qaeda, Sunni, ISIS, Sunni, Boko Haram, Al-Shabaab, Laskari Taiba. So Al-Qaeda, which was in Sudan and now has moved to Afghanistan. ISIS, which was in Syria and Iraq. Boko Haram, Nigeria, Al-Shabaab. That would be Mogadishu and that part of Somalia. Laskari Taiba, Pakistan, and the Tabakki Jamaat, which used to be in India and now is in Pakistan. There's others. These are the major groups. Note that these are all Sunni groups, and also most at the time believed in using violence to eradicate non-Muslims and their beliefs, which would bring about peace, they said, by replacing those other beliefs with their very orthodox, radical form of Islam. They all wanted the demise of Israel, though they could not point to any scripture to support it. All of them have either been confronted militarily or in prison and have all either been displaced, such as Al-Qaeda and ISIS, or have gone underground, such as Boko Haram, Al-Shabaab, Laskari Taiba, and the Tapakli Jamaat.
41:20 Those that do exist publicly are mostly now in Africa, where the governments are too weak to resist them, especially in North Africa and places like Mali and also in Niger. Or they're in Afghanistan, where the government, the Taliban, now welcomed them. None of them control or are supported by any Middle Eastern governments. They're now pretty much thrown out of those Middle Eastern governments. They all support Israel, at least in private. Isn't that interesting?
41:48 Conclusion. So almost all of the Sunni terrorist groups have become fringe organizations and no longer pose a threat to the Middle East, and in particular, no longer pose a real threat to Israel, at least to the governments that are there. when we look at Shia Islam in the 21st century notice the difference which Shias have been creating most of the violence in the Middle East in this century in the last 26 years the Hezbollah from Lebanon since 1982 Hamas which is not Shiite Hamas are Sunnis what are they doing in the Shiite camp ooh great question why is anybody bringing this up especially in Gaza since 1989, and then the Houthis in Yemen. So the Houthis and the Hezbollah are Shia, so that makes sense, but not Hamas. That could take me an hour to unpack that one.
42:42 They only are interested in attacking Israel and no other country until this year. They all want the complete demise of Israel, which includes genocide from the river to the sea. Palestine will be free. What do you think you're talking about? That's called genocide. While Hamas and the Hezbollah have a geographical reason. The Houthis do not because they're nowhere near Israel. So why are they interested in Israel? Only Israel has responded to them. Thus, none of them have been displaced or gone underground yet because nobody has bothered to take them seriously. None of them are supported by any Middle Eastern governments publicly. Now notice, think this through. There have been no public demonstrations against Israel or in support of these three in Damascus or Riyadh or Jeddah or Amman or Cairo? Why not? Where have all the support come from the Palestinians and against the Israelis here in the United States and in Europe?
43:34 Why haven't we brought this to the fore? What's going on here, folks? This is not coming from the Sunni world. All three are supported. That's the Hezbollah, Hamas, and Houthis are supported and given funds and weapons by one country and one country alone, and that's Iran. That's all coming out of Iran. Most disturbingly, one Muslim country is attacking other Muslim countries in the Middle East for the first time. Now, they're actually attacking other Muslims as of this year. But they're only attacking Sunni Muslims. Pay attention to that. You've got to see what's going on. Conclusion, all three Shia terrorist groups are controlled by Iran, which has now become a threat to the entire Middle East, with only Israel and the USA confronting it back militarily. Why? Why is no one else helping us? to understand why the Shias are so interested in Islam or so interested in Israel you need to look at their history and you need to look at their theological position they have a completely different theological position than the Sunnis and to understand that you need to look at the 12 Imams or what they call the 12 Shia of Islam which starts with Ali ibn Ali Taylb who is the cousin of Muhammad Hassan al-ibn Ali, Huzayn ibn Ali continuing on down right through for the top 11 So come down to the 11th one, Hassan al-Haskar.
44:52 He died in 874. That's the 9th century. So every one of these, these, these, they weren't kheles, these are imams. Every one of them became an imam when the father died, when their father died. Once they died, the son takes over. That he dies, the son takes over. So it's always in the line of the prophet, taken on the mantle of the prophet. Until 874, until the 9th century, His son, who was Muhammad ibn al-Hassan, was only four years old. He was born in 870, and he was four years old. So when his father died, he then was placed into occultation by Allah himself, which meant he was hidden or concealed by God, by Allah, in 874. He is still in occultation. He's still asleep, folks, 1,100 years later. Have you heard this before? And every Shia believes this.
45:45 It sounds ridiculous, I know. But Sunnis don't believe this. Only Shias believe this. And then he will return. Then when the Mahdi returns alongside Jesus to bring justice and peace, that will be the Mahdi himself. Now, what is their role? They are divinely appointed as successors to the prophet in religious authority and guidance. They all possess isma, when it means protected from sin and error, in conveying and explaining divine guidance. They are the authoritative interpreters of both the Quran and the Sunnah. Sunnah is the example of the prophet himself and the source for Shia law and theology. They include the 12th Imam, Al-Mahdi, who entered occultation way back in 874 and will return in the end of time, possibly this year. And Ahmadinejad was going to introduce him to the world before he was killed on February 28th. That started the war when 32 of them were killed with that cruise missile that went into that room where they were all congregated.
46:41 These figures are central to 12 identity, devotional life. and jurisprudence. And much of Shia Hadith and Fiqh is transmitted through the fifth and the sixth Imams, in particular Al-Baqir and Al-Siddiq. I won't get into that right now. So let's look at Iran. And let's look at it as a case study. How does the Iran project project its power?
47:02 To understand, you need to understand, before we do that, we need to understand how the leftists have been part of this. Why do we see leftists supporting Islamic regimes? Why are they supporting Palestine right now? Examples, look at the queers for Palestine. That's an oxymoron. You know why more homosexuals are not killed or destroyed in Palestine? Because there are no more tall buildings to throw them off of. The Red-Green Alliance, anti-capitalists, the Labour-Green Party, Muslim coalition in the UK, and the Democrat-Muslim coalition in the USA. So these are leftist groups that are here both in Europe and the United States who are actually supporting Hamas and the Palestinian power. Why do they see the same pattern occurring? Why do we see the same pattern occurring over and over again? How is it that leftists and Muslims share a common identity when they're absolutely in opposition theologically and certainly politically?
48:02 They both support anti-imperialism. That means the Muslims' great Satan is what they call it. They both also are against oppression and subjugation by positioning themselves as the victims. Both the leftists and the Muslims see the West as rich and corrupt and the East as poor and innocent. And they both consider white supremacy as a major part of the problem. and that's why you have all these wars supposedly in Afghanistan and Iraq these were only wars for oil that's what they say and that's usually what they usually come away with their goals for utopia is to work together to bring about peace and justice even though said of the utopias are radically different between the two groups and here's the problem that we need to face and that we need to be aware of Iran is much better at the information war than we are they've achieved sympathy with westerners using the media social media and other groups which we have not been able to keep up with and especially israel has been poor at this iran is good at strategically strategizing militarily so therefore they use cheap and indiscriminate drones against very expensive missiles and armaments and that's why we are being depleted with our missile armament against very very cheap drones they are good at decentralizing the power within, which remaining committed to their highest goal, defeating the great Satan at any cost. That's why Khamenei and the other leaders are dispensable for the cause of Allah. And because of the fact that they can do it pretty much, they have an apocalyptic vision of the future. They can eradicate anybody that stands in their way, even the 40,000 citizens that were killed in two days in January of this year. And how many people talked about those 40,000 that were killed?
49:43 Iran is good at stifling the West's energy supplies by shutting down the Straits of Hormuz, as we're seeing very effectively. And all of the above hurt America's image and reputation as a world power and as a stable model around the world. Let's look at the Shia Revolution as an example. To understand this, you need to go back to 1979. How many people were here or were alive in 1979? Raise your hands. Wow, almost a third of you. I feel right at home. I always feel like I'm only looking at young people, but there's quite a few people my age. God bless you, at least we're still standing. Remember back in 1979, remember when that all happened. Remember immediately when Ayatollah was invited from Paris by Shapur Bhaktiar, the prime minister at that time. He was invited to come back to set up a government then.
50:36 And we all thought it was innocent, but notice who were welcoming him. They were all leftist students. were welcoming him. You remember that? And we couldn't understand, what were these leftist students doing? Well, what are they doing today in the streets and in Columbia University? They're doing the same thing today, but they did this way back in 1979. These left-wing factions, these movements. And then remember when they took, they went and they raided the American embassy and they took all these hostages, these US personnel, and they paraded them down with their blindfolds on, humiliating them and dancing around them. Remember that? It was a huge humiliation for us. These were leftist Muslim radical students, captured the US embassy and paraded the US officials blindfolded on camera to prove that they had defeated and humiliated the great Satan. Within months the Ayatollah had introduced Islam as the prime authority in Iran based on the 12-verse Shia understanding of Islam.
51:31 And he then became the supreme leader, similar to what we would call a caliph in other parts of the Muslim world. He immediately put together the IRGC, the Islamic Republican Guard Corps. That, within three months, he had then created that corps. It's also known as Sepa or Pasdaran in Persian. As the primary guardian to protect the revolution and maintain Islamic political power. To better understand the significance of their importance, let's take a look at their example, their model, the Prophet Muhammad himself. They're just taking it right from the same playbook that Muhammad did. To look at that, you need to look and see what Muhammad did between Mecca and Medina. In Mecca, Muhammad was peaceful and preached tolerance. Chapter 2, verse 2, 5, 6, for there is no compulsion in religion. Chapter 109, verse 6, to you your religion, to me my religion. These are peaceful verses, supposedly peaceful verses, but they're in the Meccan revelation. Once he moved to Medina, he became anything but peaceful.
52:27 Medina, Muhammad became much more violent. Chapter 9, verse 5, slay the unbeliever wherever you find them. Verse 29, make war on the people of the book. Chapter 8, verse 39, slay the unbeliever and to all become a legion to Allah himself. Chapter 47, verse 1 to 4, the first three verses talk about a believer and a non-believer. By the time you get to the fourth verse, it says, cut off the heads of the unbeliever.
52:52 Those are very violent. There's 140 of these verses that I could quote. I just quoted you four. In 622, Muhammad moves from Mecca to Medina to help the unsought confront the Jews who control the businesses and the finances there in Medina. In 624, Muhammad instituted the Treaty of Medina, putting himself as the arbiter between man and God. No Jew would sign that. Would you sign that? None of us would sign that. And that's why they rejected him, because he was introducing the caliph. That means within two years of moving to Medina, he was now already the caliph of Medina. The three Jewish tribes refused to sign the treaty, and they were seen as the enemy. So in the Battle of Badr in 624, when he came back victorious, he threw out the Banu Kanika family, which is the first Jewish tribe that was there. The next year in the Battle of Uhud, which he almost lost, was gravely wounded. He was angered because the Jews would not support him, so he threw out the Banu Nadir family up into the north.
53:46 And then finally, two years later in 627, at the Battle of the Trenches, that no side won, he then attacked the Banu Koraisa family, and he took 800 men and slit their throats in one afternoon. Took all the women and children as concubines and slaves. That means within five years of moving to Medina, he was not from Medina, remember. He was in a foreign place, Dal al-Harb. He had made it Dal al-Islam. There were no Jews left after five years. Are you following that example? If that is their model, if that is their example, and Muslims are watching that model, can you see them doing what they're doing and what their model is? Thank God we have Jesus. Thank God we have Jesus. Yes, we need a clap for Jesus. Note that Muhammad changed from a man of peace in Mecca to a one of violence in Medina, turning on the indigenous Medinans, which is likewise the model the Iranians use in their revolution. So, back to Iran.
54:45 What happened to the leftists in Iran once they and the Muslims achieved power? Khomeini and the IRGC began to expel, persecute, and even execute the leftist supporters. Roughly 2,000 to 3,000 were executed. Khomeini also began to purge the leftist groups who did not conform to the new revolutionary government, even pitting some groups against each other. The Tudé party, which is the largest secular left-wing group that supported the revolution, which was initially used by the IRGC as the best example of this, since as soon as the IRGC came to power, they used the Tudé party to eliminate the other leftist factions and organizations. Once they accomplished this for the IRGC, they were then disbanded, arrested, and sometimes executed. Mohsen Rezel, who was one of the spokesmen for the IRGC, said this, We are in no hurry to execute them. They still have much to confess. But by their confessions, they have signed their own death warrants.
55:37 They're right out in the open. Thus, there are no secular leftist parties in Iran today. They've all been eradicated. This sets a historical precedence for how these unholy alliances will never succeed. Now the IRGC, the Iranian Republican Guard, they number about 190,000. There is another military called the Artesh, which is the regular army, which numbers about 600,000. But notice the IRGC, a much smaller group, control all of the military weapons. They are by far the most powerful institution in Iran today. Their principal duty is to protect Iran's Shia Islamic ideology, specifically the Islamic revolution and its achievements. They have their own weapons and they control the ballistic missiles and drones, mostly used for internal security, thus they are only answerable to the Ayatollah. They control the Quds Force, which I'm going to talk about, and the Basij volunteers, which is internal threats. They control major sectors of Iran's economy, 33% of GDP in construction, energy, shipping, banking, and most imports they now control, and that's why you have many of their commanders have become billionaire generals. The Quds force is mostly used for external and international control. They number between 5,000 to 15,000 members. They are known as the Jerusalem force, that's what Quds mean. They are responsible for Iran's foreign military. They emerge as a distinct branch of the IRGC after the Iran-Iraq war.
57:03 Their activities have included supporting groups such as the Lebanese, Hezbollah, the Houthis in Yemen, and now also the Hamas there in Gaza. Then you have the Basij, a much bigger organization These are the internal security, a mass volunteer paramilitary military used by the IRGC. Some say they have been between hundreds of thousands to 25 million. And they are the ones that back in January went and killed 40,000 people in two days. Those are the bus siege. Their duty is to suppress protest. Now, so what's the solution for us here in the USA after I've totally depressed you?
57:49 Here are the solutions. The Constitution that we have is a Christian document created for religious people. And at that time, it was created for Christianity because there was no other religion when the Constitution was written 250 years ago. The Constitution gave every religious institution the freedom they needed to exist. Again, at that time, it was uniquely Christian. however the constitution is not sufficient to stop islam as it is using its freedoms for its own needs he under the constitution they are using those freedoms that are granted them as means of power to gain power and then subvert the very institutions that put them there thus we need christians back in every institution again as it was then it was when as it was when it was created how do we do this we need to completely reverse the lukewarmness of western Christianity.
58:42 and this is where your pastor has been amazingly efficient we need to have a 24 7 365 that means 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year we need to have christians to live the gospel of jesus christ when asked what was more important reading the bible or praying spiritually responded What is more important? Breathing in or breathing out. And that's exactly what we need to do. Reading the Bible, praying should be as the same as just breathing in and breathing out. It should be every part of our life. We should be doing it 24-7. Let's take inspiration from those Christians who have gone before us, people like Whitfield and Wesley and Wilberforce and the Reformers, using their example to spearhead and as a trailblazer for us today.
59:38 Folks, I'm going to end this this. We need to bring these Muslims home. Now, as we've been talking about Iran, remember, what is the one group in Iran that no one's talking about? are Christian brothers and sisters. It is the fastest growing group of Christians anywhere in the world is in Iran today. And no one's paying attention to them. We have to pay attention to them. We have to pray for them. We have to hope that there is a regime change. We want to see that happen, more so than any others. Certainly, we have to keep those nuclear weapons at bay. Yes, otherwise there is no Israel if they go ahead and do that. Isn't that interesting? no other country in the Middle East is trying to create nuclear weapons except Iran. Because of this apocalyptic vision they have to eradicate the great Satan. You can only do that with nuclear weapons.
1:00:31 So those have to be eradicated. But we've got to get a new regime change, because what we're now finding out is that 85% of the population of Iran do not want the IRGC. They do not want this apocalyptic vision. And we want to bring them home. because can you imagine what it's going to be like when there is a regime change and those tens of thousands of millions of Christians come to the fore. Ooh, I can't wait. They're going to be our brothers and sisters in Christ. Folks, this is the vision I have. It's the vision your pastor has. Jack has that vision. I can't say why. He'll tell you more about it. But can you imagine having Iran as a Christian nation again? bringing them back to their own roots bringing them back to Jesus Christ but we've got to be careful of those Muslims that are here now we've got to be careful of their agenda we've got to be careful of who they're siding up with even though they have nothing to do with the group that they're aligning with because this is how they've done it in the last 1400 years starting with the government going into the judiciary then moving to the military and then ending with education.
1:01:46 Well, why don't we be just as energetic as them? Why don't we be just as passionate as them? But why don't we do it for our Lord Jesus Christ? Are you with me? God bless you. Let's pray. Lord, what a night we have tonight because we're up against a foe, a real foe that's no longer over there. As we've seen from these maps, many of them are Asians, many of them are here, and many of them want to come here because this is an open slate, as they call it, an open slate. where they can just come in and start their own program, ironically, going back to the very thing that they've escaped from. But Lord, they don't realize if they come to America, they need to assimilate. They need to come back to a country that, though it is not a Christian country, it has a Christian memory based on Judeo-Christian principles. And it is those principles that you not only modeled for us 2,000 years ago, they are just as relevant then as they are today.
1:02:39 Lord that means we need to make sure that we go public that we stand up that we do not just come once a day a week and two hours on a Sunday morning that we use our religion and talk about it play it out and make sure that we model you in everything we do may that be seven days a week so that we can not only stand up to Islam but stand up to what their vision is for this country because we want to bring this country home to you. And we want to bring these dear, beloved people, men and women, Muslim men and women, back to you. That is my prayer. That is our prayer. Lord, help us in our prayer. We pray in Christ's name.
