You Can Change The End
Steven Furtick, 2026-04-27

… You've been through a lot of things, and you'll get through this too, but I want to get much more specific today. I'm going to share from Exodus chapter 14, verses 10 through 16, and then one more verse as well. I'll give you the title in just a moment, but read with me here. The people of God are looking forward to a brand new beginning. God has sent them a deliverer named Moses, he has unleashed ten plagues on Pharaoh and the Egyptian households. God's people are no sooner out of Egypt than Egypt starts trying to get back into them. I have found out that it's one thing for you to let Pharaoh go. It's another thing for Pharaoh to let you go. Sometimes Pharaoh lets you go, and you still don't let him go. Sometimes God sets you free from something, but it has an effect in your life. You're thinking, man, I thought I was starting over. I thought this was a fresh beginning for me. …

It Still Works
Steven Furtick, 2026-04-20

… me to do, but it actually feels more difficult to do it God's way. At that very moment, Moses gives of speech. Exodus 14. Do not be afraid. Stand firm, and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today, you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you. You need only to be still. Then the Lord said to Moses, Why are you crying out to me? You know what to do. Tell the Israelites to plug in the Apple TV. Tell the Israelites to go back to quoting the Word of God. the Israelites to wash their face and move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the waters so the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground. What I wanted to show you today from the Bible is that the same staff that was on the ground was the staff that was going to work in the water. The reason I wanted you to see that today is because the children of Israel had no point of reference for this Red Sea, had no way of knowing how God was going to do it. …

But then look what Moses says. He said to the people, do not be afraid. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will accomplish. He will accomplish. He will accomplish. You stand still. He will accomplish. Grace is about to work. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you. Wow. Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. God, by grace, delivered his people from the sea. Praise God. When you leave Exodus, you get into some of our favorite books. Leviticus Numbers and Leviticus is all about the tabernacle. Exodus is as well. where God was going to meet with man. In it was the Holy of Holies. And in it was the Ark of the Covenant. The second Ark has arrived. And in this Holy of Holies, only one person could go to the high priest on one day a year. …

Rev. Dr. F. Bruce Williams, 2020-01-24

… Moses responded to their fear with faith. Moses said, don't panic, don't run, stand still. and see the salvation of the Lord. That's right there in verse 13. He said, stand still and watch God work. He said, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord and God will fight your battle and you will see the Egyptians no more forever. Y'all are missing your shot. I got to pick that apart. Watch this. He said, he said, be still. Somebody said, be still. See, when you get to the end of yourself and there's nothing else you can do, don't go backwards. Just stand still. Don't quit just because you've come to the end of yourself because you're not the whole of the equation. Don't leave God out of the equation. Preach, pastor. Watch this. He said, stand still. And when you stand still, pay attention. I need you to see what's happening because I'm getting ready to do something you ain't never seen before. And I need you to witness it because when it's over, when somebody asks what happens, I need somebody to say, if it had not been, help. …
