And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!”And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!and how shall they preach, except they be sent? even as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that bring glad tidings of good things!

… peace. Seeking to introduce people to the Prince of Peace. The gospel is called the Good News of Peace through Jesus Christ in Acts 10.36. In Romans 10.15 it says, How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things. Now there's one last beatitude. I don't think you're going to like this one. But it's there. And fittingly, it's at the very end. Number four, a happy person will be persecuted. Look at verse 10. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when men revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for my sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so persecuted the prophets that were before you. If you want to be a happy person, you're gonna be a persecuted person. Let's put it all together. I see myself as I really am. …

… through Jesus Christ in Acts 10.36. In Romans 10.15 it says, how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things. But I have to warn you, when you preach the gospel of peace, some people are going to revolt. Sometimes people need to get mad at you before you can get them happy with you. Does that make sense? Jesus summed it up this way. He said over in Matthew 10, 34, do you think that I came to bring peace on earth? I did not come to bring peace, but a sword for a man's enemies will be those of his own household. You say, now I don't understand what you're talking about. Okay, here's how it works. Let's take your family. And let's say your family, you're all nonbelievers. And when you get together for the holidays, you drink and you get drunk and you tell off-color jokes and you carry on like a family. And in your own dysfunctional way, you have something going there. …

… And how are they to hear without someone preaching? and how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news. I don't know about y'all, I just marvel at what God does. I mean, think about this. God could have chosen, have you ever just thought about that? God could have chosen a myriad of ways to lead people to himself. Have you ever played that game in your own mind, just thinking like, man, if I was God, this is what I would have done. I mean, think about all the ways that we could have, you could have wrote the gospel out in the sky every day. I mean, it's all kind of things that we could have done, that God could have done to allow angels to appear in front of people all the time. He could have spoken audibly from heaven. I mean, this thing didn't have to be that hard. …

… And how are they to hear without someone besides Jesus preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent as it is written. How beautiful, how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news. Some of you in this room, some are younger, some are middle-aged and maybe one or two are older, sense God stirring in that direction. You do. you know who you are. You don't know what it means yet fully. You just sense maybe that's what I'm supposed to do. and you ask, how in the world could I do it? I'm just so ordinary, and Jesus answers your questions just loud and clear. You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth. That's how you're going to do it. It won't be you. That's my answer to the question, what is the all nations charge? That's it. Second, what's a world Christian? …

… And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written, how beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news. The picture here is crystal clear. People cannot put their faith in Jesus if they never hear about Jesus. You keep going down in your Bible. You look at Romans 10, 17. It says, faith comes by hearing. and hearing by the word of Jesus, the word of Christ. So people can't put their faith in Jesus if they don't hear about Jesus. And if they don't put their faith in Jesus, they cannot be saved from their sin. So get the picture. Over two billion people. They cannot go to heaven if they don't have faith in Jesus and they cannot have faith in Jesus if they don't hear about Jesus. It's simple logic. And you keep going, simple logic, they won't hear unless somebody tells them. truth number seven Christ tells commands his church to make the gospel known in all nations I want to show you this I want you to I want you to look here in Romans 10 at the verbs in this passage in reverse and as you do you will see God's plan for how the gospel will go to all the nations. …
