This third I will bring through the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on My name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘They are My people,’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is our God.’”I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, ‘It is my people;’ and they will say, ‘Yahweh is my God.’”And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.And I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people; and they shall say, Jehovah is my God.

… That's that final remnant. And I will bring the third part through the fire, refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. And here it is. they will call on my name, and I will answer them. I will say, they are my people, and they will say, the Lord is my God. That is a long time in coming, wouldn't you say? That's what the prophets of the Old Testament tried to get people to do throughout their history. That's what Jesus called them to, the apostles called them to. And they were stiff-necked, hard-hearted. But in that day, back to Revelation 11, measure it out. It's going to belong to me, the temple, the altar, and the worshipers. And then in verse 2, he adds this. Leave out the court which is outside the temple. Do not measure it. Such an interesting statement. There was an outer court in the temple, ancient temples. that was for the Gentiles, the court of the Gentiles. He's saying, this is not to include them. I don't have a Gentile covenant. Yes, he has the church, but the church is raptured and gone. I don't have any covenant with the nations of the world. Yes, people from all All the nations will be saved, Revelation 7, every tongue and tribe and people and nation during that seven-year period. …

I will say, they are My people, and they will say, the Lord is My God." That's the future salvation of Israel in the words of Zechariah. I want you to turn to the New Testament, to the eleventh chapter of Romans, Romans chapter 11. And Paul borrows language here from the prophet Isaiah. But in Romans 11 and verse 25, I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery, that you will not be wise in your own estimation, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, until God has gathered all those from the Gentile nations. When that is complete, that partial hardening, because there are some Jews who are coming to Christ in all generations, but a partial hardening has happened to Israel while God is gathering His church from the nations. …
… The two parts in it will be cut off and perish, but the third will be left in it. And I will bring the third part through the fire, refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will answer them, and I will say, they are my people, and they will say, the Lord is my God. What is that all about? The salvation of Israel requires a sacrifice. In fact, it requires the death of the shepherd. Awake, my sword, against my shepherd. Against the man who is, another way to translate associate, my companion. And that is the Lord speaking, declares the Lord of hosts, go ahead, strike the shepherd that the sheep may be scattered, and I'll turn my hand against the little ones. It's going to be costly for those who struck the shepherd, you might say. The man, my associate, the God-man, Jesus Christ. When the Messiah was killed, sheep were to be scattered. …
