It's Go Time

The Bible etches into scripture that when he cries with a loud voice, an earthquake erupts. And not only does an earthquake erupt, watch what verse 52 says, tombs were opened. I need you to see it. Jesus is on the cross and he cries so loud that an earthquake erupts. The earthquake is so significant that tombs open up.

9:27 Here's what I need you to see. He's on the cross fighting to stay alive. And people who have already died have their tombs open up. your worship is going to help somebody who's in a worse situation than you. he's fighting to stay alive but they already dead i need you to hear this what you have gone through was not just for you it was too big for just one person your worship is going to help somebody hear this who's in pain even while you're in a problem and you've already known this firsthand because you have given people assistance when they didn't know you were struggling.

Things are getting ready to open up for somebody on your own who you don't even know. As long as your mouth is shut, the tomb stays closed. 25:11 Even when they can't speak for themselves, I'm going to speak for them. Even when they have no strength to pull themselves up, I'm going to do it for them. John chapter 5, verse 4. Jesus had gone to the pool of Bethesda and all kinds of sick people were there. lame, halt, withered, impotent, broken, handicapped. And the tradition at that church was whoever was the first in the pool would get healed. Jesus came by that pool and he saw one lone person and he asked him, do you want to be made well? And he said, I do, but I got nobody who will help me. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not just about that one lame man at the pool. What the story also tells us is after that day, the pool closed.

26:11 I think I lost you. He says I've got to disrupt the spirit of competition. I don't want you to exert all your energy trying to hold other people back when you don't understand I got enough grace for everybody. You are getting ready to step into a season where you ain't got to look over your back every time you get blessed. You ain't going to have to second guess other people's motives and you don't have to wonder whether or not people are legitimately happy for you. Because God says today I destroy the spirit of competition. That when you do it, you got to make up in your mind I can't be the only one. What God has put on me, it can't just be for me.

27:06 It's got to be some other folk that he wants to bless. I want you to do me a favor. Would you just lay your hand on yourself and just shout out loud, I can't be the only one. Verse 52, I'm almost finished. It says, those who had died were raised back to life. those that were dead,

27:37 he opened up their tomb and woke them up. and they are alive. I don't want you to confuse the chronology because this is all on Good Friday. Jesus is on the cross. He cries with a loud voice. An earthquake happens. Tombs open up. Dead people are awakened. And what I wanted you to see, ladies and gentlemen, is that these dead people are alive, hear this, but can't leave. It's Good Friday and they're in the tomb but God won't let them leave yet.

28:34 Come on, sir. My wife and I were in the airport the other day coming out of Detroit, and she doesn't fly with me often, but on Tuesday, we're coming back from Detroit. I got my stuff, and I started walking off the plane. I started walking off the plane because I'm not used to Dr. carry flying with me and I walk off the plane with myself. God help me God woke up dead people hear this but still made them stay in the grave I'm going to let you sit in here for three days to think about your life to think about how you ended in this position I'm not going to leave you in it but I want to see how do you act when you know I'm the one that restored you but won't let you get out of it yet oh come on there's somebody in this room who's in that exact same position that I'm trying to figure out why God preserved my life but won't let me get out of what I'm in he said it ain't time yet because there's some other people I gotta get ready because when you come out of this I ain't gonna let you come out of it by yourself, but I'm going to let some other people come out with you.

32:18 Look at the person beside you. Tell them you better get ready. Something is getting ready to happen, and it ain't going to happen just for me. It's going to happen for everybody that's connected to me. Come on, I feel glory. Get ready to come in this room in just one minute. They are awakened but can't leave. In verse 53, it says, when Jesus got up, then everybody who had been delivered two days ago finally got the signal that they were going to come out at the exact same time.

46:05 I hate you as much as you hate me. Whatever it is that you've tried to do to isolate this child of God, they're breaking free of it today. They found communion. They found community. They have found family. God already spoke to you while I was speaking. God spoke to you that this is where you needed to be. that this is where you need to come, this is where you needed to connect.

I need community. I need family. If that's where you are, would you please walk this way? Come on, clap your hands for this young man that's coming.

47:57 I hope you are energized that you don't need an energy drink. What you just heard should have you off and running, chasing your dreams, pursuing your purpose, and answering your call.
