I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for solid food. In fact, you are still not ready,I fed you with milk, not with solid food, for you weren’t yet ready. Indeed, you aren’t ready even now,I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.I fed you with milk, not with meat; for ye were not yet able to bear it: nay, not even now are ye able;

… not just Romans 8 but also 1 Corinthians 3 2 Timothy 1 The Spirit dwells in us, and he prompts our prayers and empowers our prayers and guides our prayers. And what's so significant about this is there is this special relationship for the Christian between the Holy Spirit in us and prayer. So Ephesians 6 talks about praying at all times in the Spirit, praying in the Spirit. and in the book of Jude talks about keeping yourselves in love of God, praying in the spirit. O God, may the words of my mouth and the meditations of all of our hearts be acceptable to you, O God, our strength and our redeemer. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. On a warm April night in Memphis, Tennessee, nearly 52 years ago now, Dr. Martin Luther King, even though he did not know it at the time, gave what was his last speech. …
