… bestowing His riches on all who call on Him. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. how then can they call on Him in whom they've not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they're sent, as it is written, how beautiful are feet of those who preach the good news? Did you hear that? how they to preach unless they're sent we've walked through this passage before just a reminder if you take the verbs from starting in the back of verse 15 and work up to verse 13 you see God's plan for getting the gospel to all peoples it starts by him sending his children and what his children do verse 15 says they preach when we preach people hear into verse 14 so we're working our way backwards When they hear, they believe. Obviously not everybody who hears will believe, but many who hear will believe. …

For All In The Family
Jack Hibbs, 2026-09-20

… mouth one confesses and is saved. For the scripture says, everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame. Romans 10, 13. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Make sure that's you. Call upon him today. Standing right now where you're at, you can say, Lord, I'm calling upon you. And the great prophet Isaiah said that if you'll call upon the name of the Lord, you shall be saved. And we try to complicate that. He's convicting you. He's calling you out. He's not throwing you away. His discipline receives you in. He's the perfect love of your very life and soul. And he's the only one that can wash you clean, clear up your conscience, and take you all the way to heaven. Accept him and live. In Jesus' name and all God's people said.

Real Christianity: The Model of the First Church - Pt 2
Rick Warren, 2026-09-10 · Scripture reading

… all. They will all proclaim my message. Everybody is a messenger. Everybody's a missionary. Everybody's a minister. Then everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Now, if you're taking notes, I want you to circle some things here. I want you to circle sons and daughters. He says, your sons and daughters, I'm gonna proclaim my message, I want you to circle young and old, visions and dreams from the young and the old, and I want you to circle men and women. Sons and daughters, young and old, men and women. Now, question, who does that exclude? Martians. That's about it. It includes everybody. He's saying everybody gets, You're never too old to be used by God. You're never too young to be used by God. You have gifts and abilities and talents God has put in you. And he says everybody is going to be used. Every person, every age group, and every gender. Every woman being mobilized, every man being mobilized. We call it every member's a minister. …

Here Comes the Son | J.D. Greear

… His offer still stands. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. That's got no expiration date on it. The umbrella is here. Jesus has done everything necessary to save you. He has died to pay for every one of your sins, the ones you have committed, the ones you committed yesterday, and the ones you'll commit tomorrow. He has never stopped loving you or longing for you to come home. If you are far from God today, you don't have a thousand miles to travel to reach back to him. You don't have a bunch of work to do to make amends with him. It only takes one step of faith and surrender to bring you home because the umbrella is there. What Jude does next, some of you are super nervous that I opened because you're superstitious, an umbrella in here, okay? Next, I'm going to bring a black cat up here, okay? and then I'm gonna smash a mirror and that's gonna be a hard day's night for everybody, okay? …

Unfinished Glory - Dexter Jakes
Dexter Jakes, 2026-07-05

Family, the word says, whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Whosoever, whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Is that wide enough for you? Is that enough room for you? Whosoever, whosoever calls on the name of the Lord. I don't know who you are. I've been praying for you all week. It's been someone. the devil wanted you. He tried you over and over again. He tried to lay hold of your joy. but I rebuke the devil. I rebuke the enemy that will try to lay hold of your future. God has called you for greater. God has called you for greater family. He wants more. He wants to fill you. So invite him. God wants to be with you. he doesn't need a perfect version of you. He just needs a willing vessel. someone that's willing to change. Now, unfinished does not mean unchanged. Because you have to turn on the wheel. You can't stop turning. You have to continue to come through this same gate over and over again. …

What does he say? He says, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How then will they call on him on whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? and how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news. I don't know about y'all, I just marvel at what God does. I mean, think about this. God could have chosen, have you ever just thought about that? God could have chosen a myriad of ways to lead people to himself. Have you ever played that game in your own mind, just thinking like, man, if I was God, this is what I would have done. I mean, think about all the ways that we could have, you could have wrote the gospel out in the sky every day. I mean, it's all kind of things that we could have done, that God could have done to allow angels to appear in front of people all the time. …

Misery Loves Company
Michael Zeigler, 2026-05-24

… The sun will be turned to darkness, the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord, and it will be that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Man of Israel, hear these words. Jesus of Nazareth, a man accredited to you by God through mighty works and signs and wonders God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know, this Jesus, delivered up by the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, this Jesus whom you crucified by the hands of lawless men, And this Jesus God raised him to life, setting him free from the agony of death, because it was not possible for death to keep its hold on him. See, King David, he says about him in the Psalms, I saw the Lord always before me, because the Lord is at my right hand, I will never be shaken. And so my heart is glad, my tongue rejoices, and in my body I will live in hope. …

… verse number 13, for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How then can they call on the one they have not believed in and how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard and how can they hear without someone preaching to them? How can anyone preach unless they are, what's that word right there? What's that word right there? Sent. Just as God was sent, just as Jesus was sent by God, you and I have been sent by God. God didn't send Jesus and say, well, we don't know if we can trust you guys, so we're gonna see if you're send worthy. let's see how you do on your reading plan or your tithe record let's see if you join a connect group and then you can go through the application process and we'll pray about sending you no just as God sent Jesus he's also sending you and how is he sending you to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world he says how can anybody believe in the one they've never heard of and how can anyone preach unless they are sent as it is written how beautiful are the feet of those that bring good news i don't have bad news to share i got good news i don't have a message of doom and gloom and condemnation i got a message of love and grace and forgiveness. …

Speak Boldly – Part 2
David Platt, 2026-01-14 · Scripture reading

… blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord. And everyone who calls in the name of the Lord will be saved. Now those verses he just quoted were from Joel. Anybody know where in Joel? Joel chapter 2 verses 28 through 32. Either we have Bible scholars here or they've got a little note down at the bottom of their Bibles that tells them, some of you probably have it, Joel 2, 28-32, instant Bible scholar status, okay? So he quotes from Joel. So out of the first part of this sermon, we've got a pretty heavy Old Testament emphasis. Then we get to verse 22, men of Israel. Listen to this. Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know. This man was handed over to you by God's set purpose and foreknowledge. …

… flock and one shepherd. How are they going to hear the voice of Jesus? He's in heaven. Romans 10, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How will they call on him whom they have not believed, and how shall they believe in him whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone besides Jesus preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent as it is written. How beautiful, how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news. Some of you in this room, some are younger, some are middle-aged and maybe one or two are older, sense God stirring in that direction. You do. you know who you are. You don't know what it means yet fully. You just sense maybe that's what I'm supposed to do. and you ask, how in the world could I do it? I'm just so ordinary, and Jesus answers your questions just loud and clear. You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth. That's how you're going to do it. It won't be you. …

… Romans chapter 10 verse 13 everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved how then can they call on the one they have not believed in how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written, how beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news. The picture here is crystal clear. People cannot put their faith in Jesus if they never hear about Jesus. You keep going down in your Bible. You look at Romans 10, 17. It says, faith comes by hearing. and hearing by the word of Jesus, the word of Christ. So people can't put their faith in Jesus if they don't hear about Jesus. And if they don't put their faith in Jesus, they cannot be saved from their sin. So get the picture. Over two billion people. They cannot go to heaven if they don't have faith in Jesus and they cannot have faith in Jesus if they don't hear about Jesus. …

… and richly blesses all who call on him for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Jew, Gentile in the flock don't even know if the flock would want me richest person in town, poorest person in town, family, grew up going to church. I know a whole lot of stuff about the Bible. I've never even read the Bible and don't know anything about anything. Pretty good person, the worst person in this place. Somebody going to drive home free today, somebody in a prison right now for the rest of your life. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. So I ask again today, do you know for sure that your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life? Have you believed in Jesus and called on Him, save me? I saw this video a few weeks ago, and I thought I'm going to let that be the end of my talk and the invitation to our people. …

God Gave It To Me
Steven Furtick, 2024-11-18

… In this prayer, it's not magical, but it is miraculous. The Bible says that if you will call on the name of Jesus, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Not might be saved, not could be saved, will be saved. Today, if you will call on his name, he will save you. and change you from the inside out. As a church family, for all of those coming to God, repeat after me, Heavenly Father, today is my day of salvation. I am a sinner in need of a Savior. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of the world, and today Today I make Jesus the Lord of my life. I believe he died that I would be forgiven and rose again to give me life. I receive this new life. This is my new beginning. On the count of three, shoot your hands up if you prayed that. One, two, three. We're celebrating you all over this room. …

What's going to happen under the fury of Satan and the fury of God, people are going to call on the name of the Lord, people from every part of the planet.
