And without faith it is impossible to please God. For anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.and without faith it is impossible to be well-pleasing unto him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that seek after him.

… Somebody say, I have the faith. Hebrews 11 6 and it is impossible to please God without faith like like all I'm telling you is that it's really a lot less complicated than we make it Like it really is all about if God said it, I can't see it. I don't feel it. Honestly, this is uncomfortable. Just out here believing God. Just out here trusting him. Just out here. And he said, all I need you, that's all, that's it. I just needed you to believe. I needed you to have the faith To believe me because those who come to me anyone who comes to me must Believe is what the word says put hebrews 11 6 back up there. They got to see this It said it's impossible to please god without faith any who anyone who wants to come to to him Must believe that god exists And that he rewards those who sincerely another translation says diligently seek him That's why we're on this fast. …
… Well, Hebrews 11, 6 is telling for us this evening. He says, without faith, it is impossible to please him. for he who comes to God must believe that he is and that he's a rewarder of those who diligently seek them or him rather. So for Hezekiah to go into the Lord and spread out this note to the Lord, it was him believing that God was bigger than the problem. It was the faith that made Hezekiah confident. He recognized God's glory. I do believe that this is why Jesus taught us to pray our father in heaven, hallowed be your name rather than our Father in heaven, here's all my problems. You get to your problems a little bit further down in Matthew 6. Don't worry, they're there. You can talk to them about them, just like Hezekiah does. But the first thing we do is say, God, you're holy. God, you are entirely set apart from all creation as the one and only God. So that's the first thing. …
show you this verse real quick. I don't know if I have this on the screen. You can read it later. Hebrews chapter 11, verse number six, and without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Man, sit on that verse for a little while. Huh. Okay, but skip with me, skip with me to verse 32, verse 32. Okay, Hebrews chapter 11, verse number 32. And it says, and what more shall I say? Because the writer, we're not sure exactly who it was, But the writer goes through and shares so many powerful points and moments throughout this Hall of Faith chapter. By faith, Abraham. And by faith, Moses. And by faith, by faith, it's just beautiful. Then the writer gets here. And what more shall I say? I do not have time to tell about Gideon, Barak, Samson, and Jephthah, about David and Samuel and the prophets who through faith conquered kingdoms and ministered justice and gained what was promised, who shut the mouths of lions, quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword, whose weakness was turned to strength, and who became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies. …
… however this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting this point is the unbelief when you come to God you got to believe that he is that's what Hebrews 11 6 says he that comes to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him without faith without having faith it's impossible to get God's attention God is God moves and responds to faith. You got to believe. And the problem is you're continuing to put yourself in environments where your faith is not being boosted up. You got to get in a place where you can build your faith, strengthen your faith. You got to get in a posture to believe God. I don't know where y'all are, but I know God is a miracle worker. I know he answers prayer. And you want to be in an environment where you are building your faith, building the confidence that you know that we serve a God who is more than able and more than capable to solve problems. Let me give you number seven and I'll be finished. …
… slow down I gotta slow down I have enough history with God that I've seen God solve problems and fight my battles. And here's what Hebrews 11.6 says. This is important. Hebrews 11.6 says, it says, without faith, but without faith, it is impossible to please God. For he who comes to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. That's important. that if you want to please God, you got to believe that he is. You got to know that he is a way maker. You got to know he's a problem solver. You got to know he's a healer and a deliverer. You got to have faith and know that God does exist. And you have to have faith to know that he's a way maker. Tell your neighbor, he is a way maker. You got to believe it. You got to know it. And so he says that he who comes to God must first believe that he is. …
… And verse six that I quoted earlier, a part of, stems off of that statement that he pleased God. Verse 6, without faith, it is impossible to please him. For he who comes to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. I want to read verse 6 again. Without faith, it is impossible to please him. For he who comes to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. As I already mentioned, I literally just tossed and turned all night with that phrase and then thinking of occasions in the Bible where people were rewarded for something and how God is a rewarder. And this verse is broken up into two parts, and that it says he who believes, he with faith must believe that he is. So we believe in the existence of God. I mean, the devil even believes that, so you don't get high marks for that one. …
