Steven Furtick, 2026-01-12

… Now let's talk about you. The weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the service of the Lord, and their righteousness is from me. So, one thing the Enemy didn't realize when he was planting those weeds is that you can plant all the weeds you want to, Devil. And let me just remind you this year. This year there will be weeds. There will be no weed-free week in your year this year. Sit back down. You know how we do these little New Year's slogans. come alive in 26. No, it's not either. It's going to be mixed in 26. It's going to be some wheat. It's going to be some weeds. It's going to be some joy. It's going to be some mourning. It's going to be some weeping. It's going to be some reaping. It's going to be some friends. It's going to be some enemies. It's going to be some frenemies. …

The War Of Whispers
Steven Furtick, 2025-11-10

I want to give you one more scripture from Isaiah chapter 54 verse 17 in the New King James. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from me, says the Lord. I want to talk to you today about the war of whispers. Father, I thank you for what you spoke. Help me to give it to them like you gave it to me, not watered down, not weakened, but just like you gave it to me. I know it will bless them because you blessed me with it. If there is someone today who needs this word online, block out all distractions. I pray that their kid would just fall down and take a nap right now so they can focus on this word in the name of Jesus. If there's somebody who's focused on something else that's going to happen tomorrow, we block it out right now. The Lord is in this place. …

The Triumph of God's Love (Romans 8:31-39)
John MacArthur, 2024-03-08

… The Lord is for us, all of this is saying. To the degree that Isaiah 54, 17 familiarly says, no weapon that is formed against you you will prosper." No weapon. "'And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from Me,' declares the Lord." In the wonderful language of John 10, verses 28 to 30, "'I give eternal life to My sheep. They will never perish. No one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father who has given them to Me is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. I and the Father are one." Summed up, God is for us. He knows how weak we are. He knows how sinful we are. But He is for us. And Paul is about to prove that. How do we know that? Look at verse 32. He, meaning God, who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? …

The Triumph of Divine Love (Romans 8:31-39)
John MacArthur, 2024-01-28

… near to me. Behold, the Lord God helps me. God's on my side. Bring your accusations. Isaiah 54, 17, No weapon that is formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from me, says the Lord. Or the wonderful language of John 10. Our Lord speaks of His sheep with this statement. I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father who has given them to me is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. I and the Father are one. Just a few scriptures that indicate God is for us. He is for us. He knows we're weak. He knows we're sinful. He knows we fail. He knows we stumble. He knows we fall short. We don't love Him the way we should. We don't serve Him the way we should, but He is for us. …
