The Daze Of The Antichrist · Part 3
Jack Hibbs, 2026-04-15

… It's amazing. Luke chapter 10, verse 17. Luke chapter 10 verse 17 we need to remember something about how the world that you and I live in and the spirit realm is so inseparably bound together Jesus has been preparing his disciples first the 12 and then he's teaching others to the point where you've read this in the gospels it says now the 70 there were 70 disciples not the 12 the 12 are the 12 But as the believers are growing, Jesus clearly prepares 70 of them, and he sends them out to preach the gospel. And they're all going out all kinds of places. And you read this in Luke 9 and Luke 10. You read this in the book of Acts. Then the 70 return with joy. So they come back from their little missionary trip. Jesus sends them out for like a couple of days, I think it is, because he says you don't have to worry about where you're going to stay. People will provide for you. …

… Now go to verse 17 of chapter 10. Then the 70 returned with joy saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name. And he said to them, I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. We'll explain this story a bit more in a moment, but I want you to notice that Satan didn't fall like lightning when the 12 were sent. It was when the 70 were sent. we'll look at it in a moment. Jesus empowered them to go and do the work of the ministry. And you'll notice he never trained them, taught them how to pull down principalities. He never taught them how to destroy the demonic strongholds in heavenly places. What he taught them was how to use authority and power to bring healing and deliverance to individuals. The man of the Gadarenes is one of my favorite stories in this storyline. He was, it was so tormented that when he was finally delivered, the demons went into 2,000 pigs creating deviled ham, and they... …

The Church's Marriage
Jonathan Edwards, 1746-09-19

God once gave forth a particular command, with special solemnity, that it should be written for the notice of all professing Christians through all ages, that they are happy and blessed indeed, who are called to the marriage-supper of the Lamb; Rev. xix. 9. “And he saith unto me, Write, blessed are they which are called unto the marriage-supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.” But if we are faithful in our work, we shall surely be the subjects of that blessedness; we shall be partakers of the joy of the bridegroom and bride, not merely as friends and neighbors that are invited to be occasional guests, but as members of the one and the other. We shall be partakers with the church, the blessed bride, in her joy in the bridegroom, not only as friends and ministers to the church, but as members of principal dignity; as the eye, the ear, the hand, are principal members of the body. Faithful ministers in the church will hereafter be a part of the church that shall receive distinguished glory at the resurrection of the just, which, above all other times, may be looked on as the church’s wedding-day; Daniel xii. 2, 3. “Many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life. And that that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and they that turn many to righteousness, as the stars for ever and ever.” They are elders who are represented as that part of the church triumphant that sit next to the throne of God, Rev. iv. 4. “And round about the throne were four-and-twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four-and-twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.” …
