before his associates and the army of Samaria, saying, “What are these feeble Jews doing? Can they restore the wall by themselves? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they complete it in a day? Can they bring these burnt stones back to life from the mounds of rubble?”He spoke before his brothers and the army of Samaria, and said, “What are these feeble Jews doing? Will they fortify themselves? Will they sacrifice? Will they finish in a day? Will they revive the stones out of the heaps of rubbish, since they are burned?”And he spake before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? will they fortify themselves? will they sacrifice? will they make an end in a day? will they revive the stones out of the heaps of the rubbish which are burned? And he spake before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, What are these feeble Jews doing? will they fortify themselves? will they sacrifice? will they make an end in a day? will they revive the stones out of the heaps of rubbish, seeing they are burned?

HOW TO DEAL WITH A BULLY
Ed Young Jr., 2026-08-16

… was the arrow of ridicule. Ridicule. Nehemiah chapter two, verse 19. I've read that. Let's go to Nehemiah chapter four, verse two. What are those feeble Jews doing? I mean, they were anti-Semitic even back then. Is that crazy? Nehemiah chapter four, verse three. Even a fox climbing up on it would break their wall down. I mean, is that ridicule or what? envy and ridicule are running buddies did you know that envy is what happens inside ridicule is what happens on the outside i i feel envy but but but i express it with ridicule making you look small insignificant a no count laughing at you that's what bullies love to do They want you to feel as miserable as they do. Again, ignorance plus insecurity equals insults. Do you know a bully? Seriously, do you know a bully? Are you a bully? Well, the second arrow is the arrow of rage. So they crank up the fight. Discovering & Knowing Your Purpose
John K. Jenkins Sr., 2026-04-03

… And he spoke before his brethren and the army of Samaria and said, what are these feeble Jews doing? Will they fortify themselves? Will they offer sacrifices? will they complete it in the day? Will they revive the stones from the heaps of rubbish, stones that are burnt? What you're doing ain't going to last. You'll never achieve or do anything. They said, when I became the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Glen Arden at 3311 Brightstreet Road. They said it wouldn't last. I done built two buildings since then. Three buildings, man. Hold up, three buildings. We built out the ministry center. We purchased the empowerment center. We built that out. We built the worship center and we built, y'all excuse me for a second, the community life center. I wish I had somebody. …

J.D. Greear, 2026-03-24 · Scripture reading

… Isn't one of these feeble Jews doing? Will they revive the stones out of the heaps of rubbish and burn ones at that? What are they even gonna build these walls with? All they got to work with is trash. Then verse three, Tobiah joins in. Yeah, what are they building? If a fox goes up on the wall, he'll break down their puny little stone wall. Nehemiah, what are you doing? You've never built anything. You're a professional wine taster, Nehemiah. You've never known a day of hard work in your life. You're soft, you're Nerf ball, Nehemiah. Some of you have faced this kind of mockery in pursuits of faith that you have attempted. People telling you that you will never succeed. People telling you that you just don't have what it takes. This is just a fad. You'll never make it. You'll just fade away like you always do. By the way, social media makes this a thousand times worse, doesn't it? Because now you can be gang-mocked and dog-piled by total strangers. …
