The Coming King
Robert Jeffress, 2026-08-25

Here's the final one. It's a hymn, a song for the lamb and his bride. Look at verse seven. let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to him for why the marriage of the lamb has come and his bride has made herself ready the reason we can praise God at this point in the tribulation is because a marriage has already taken place that phrase has come denotes an action that has already been completed. We can rejoice because a wedding has already taken place. You say, wedding? Was there a wedding that I wasn't invited to? What do you mean a wedding has taken place? Who is this wedding for? Well, it's the marriage of the Lamb. We know who the Lamb is. We've seen it over and over in Revelation. The Lamb is Jesus Christ. Behold, the Lamb of God, John the Baptist said, who takes away the sin of the world. The lamb, Christ, has gotten married. Well, who did he get married to? …

The Coming Of The King – Part 3
Jack Hibbs, 2026-06-03

… saying, Alleluia, for the Lord God omnipotent reigns. Let us be glad and rejoice and give him glory for the marriage of the Lamb has come and his wife has made herself ready. Now remember, this is all taking place in heaven, guys. All the camera scenes and the props and angles are in heaven. And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright. That's not a robe. It's a gown. For the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, Right, blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true saints of God. And I fell down at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, see to it that you do not do that. I am your fellow servant and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. …

Worship Wholeheartedly – Part 1
David Platt, 2026-03-18

… Hallelujah, for our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him glory. For the wedding of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready. By the way, you're the bride. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear. Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints. Then the angel said to me, Write this down. Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb. And he added, these are the words of God. Here's the deal. We're about to have a nice meal where we feast spiritually on the presence of Christ. And that is an awesome truth in and of itself. But the best news is there is coming a day when we will not feast spiritually on His presence. Ladies and gentlemen, you and I are going to feast physically with His presence. And we are going to sit across the table from Him in a supper for all of eternity, feasting on His greatness and the forgiveness and the faithfulness that He is giving. …

… like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out, hallelujah, for the Lord our God, the Almighty reigns. Let's rejoice and exult and give him the glory for the marriage of the Lamb has come and his bride has made herself ready. It was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints. And the angel said to me, write this down. Blessed are those who were invited to the marriage supper of the lamb. That's where the Bible started, right? Remember God blessed them, said to them, be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth. We just walked through all the scripture from that first chapter, all the scriptures, seeing the portrait God has painted, yes, of the value of marriage and babies and multiplying and filling the earth, but in a much greater way, in a way that will last far beyond this world, in a way that will last millions and trillions of years. Give your life, leading people to Jesus, whether you're married or you're single. And singles, see the unique stewardship you've been given in this, in anticipation of the day when people from every nation, tribe, and tongue will gather around and experience the eternal blessing of God in marriage covenant with Jesus. That day is what we're all living for. So marriage here really is not the goal. …

Behold The Lamb - Louie Giglio
Louie Giglio, 2025-11-24

… For the Lord Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory. For the wedding of the Lamb has come. And his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen bright and clean was given her to wear. Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God's holy people. And then the angel said to me, write this. Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb. And then he added the angel. These, what, these. are the true words of God. I went, hmm. God said that. God said, blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb. God said that. Amen? Who is God? The Father. Who is God? The Son. Who is God? The Spirit. And all through Revelation, the beginning of our story, It's the we of our triune God. So I'm just going to say the triune God, Father, Son, and Spirit, all said blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb. …

… And watch this. Let's rejoice and exult and give him the glory for the marriage of the Lamb, talking about Jesus, has come and his bride has made herself ready. It was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure, for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints. And the angel said to me, write this, blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb. Are you seeing this? God designed marriage in Genesis 2, the very beginning of the Bible, very end of the Bible. We're seeing heaven described as a marriage celebration. See it, marriage designed in Genesis 2 really is not the end. It's pointing us to a much greater end, to the day when all who trust in Jesus will be united with him as our savior, no longer covered in the guilt and shame of our sin, but clothed with fine linen, bright and pure, made possible by Jesus who died on the cross for our sin. And then check this out, Revelation chapter 21. I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth that passed away, the sea was no more, and I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem. This is a picture of heaven coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. I remember the day when I stood at the front of a church. The door in the back swings open. I see my bride step forward, dressed in white. All the emotions, all the …
