Rather, as it is written: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no heart has imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him.”But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.”But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.but as it is written, Things which eye saw not, and ear heard not, And which entered not into the heart of man, Whatsoever things God prepared for them that love him.

… I just came to tell somebody you're enough reach over and tell one more person right now. You are enough Okay, so that's why in first Corinthians 2 9. This is a scripture. I have to go back too often because for me What we're doing here in North Tulsa is ridiculous Like like if you look around in your your area right now, there's white people there's black people there's Hispanic people There's younger people. There's people with criminal past. There's people who are trust fund babies There are people all around this place that most people say the only place we could intersect like this is at something where we're selling um goods like at a mall or at a Walmart or at something like this But this is the house of God and it looks like revelations when John said every tribe every tongue every race but this is ridiculous Because I stood on this very platform almost five years ago when it did not look like this and I had to speak in faith What people who love me and believed in this ministry said was ridiculous Nope, nobody's about to drive 25 miles past the mic to come to church out here Nobody past the mic you're gonna have to change up everything you uh You're at least gonna have to get rid of these green chairs before people start coming out the green chairs are still here baby And God is doing something that is defying the odds. Somebody shout at me one more time ridiculous …
… understanding of what it means to have the Spirit of God we hear it all the time I has not seen nor ear heard nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him but God has revealed them to us wait a minute eyes haven't seen it ears haven't heard it but I can still access it he's revealed them to us through his spirit for the spirit searches all things yes the deep things of God continue for what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God so when I have the Spirit of God I have access to the mind of God. Having, being filled with the Holy Spirit is more than just speaking in tongues and shouting. that's one expression of it but the real power of having the Spirit of God is that I have access to the mind of God and because I have access to the mind of God I can navigate the world differently I see evil where everyone else sees good I can see good where no one else can see it that's why some people are called into some communities and other people are not because God can place you in certain industries in certain communities because he's given you the ability to see good in that community where other people see evil and we need the mind of God now more than ever as we are …
… Verse 9 says, But as it is written, I have not seen nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him. That's an extraordinary passage. It's a quote from the Old Testament, but I want you to hear it again. This verse, I love this verse, but it's a frustrating verse because of how it's been used. it's almost always read at a funeral. listen to it again, I has not seen, nor ear heard, nor entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him. I wish people would read the next verse. Verse 10, but God has revealed them to us. In other words, it's not a declaration of what you can't have in this life. It's actually a proclamation of what God is in the middle of doing. He has revealed them to us through his spirit. For the spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. …
… And as I shared it with you in the previous message, look at this verse on your outline. 1 Corinthians 2.9 says this. No eye has ever seen and no ear has ever heard and no mind has ever even imagined what God has prepared for those who love him. So you think up the coolest thing you could experience in life, the most pleasurable, the most beautiful, the most tasty, the most incredibly enriching experience in life, and God says, heaven is better than that. Nobody has even imagined how cool, how great, how beautiful, how amazing, how pleasurable it's going to be to live in heaven. The reason why most people don't want to go to heaven is because, as I said, everything Everything you've learned about heaven is wrong. Every movie generally makes heaven totally white. Why would a God who invented color make heaven all white? Okay, and you got fog at your feet about a foot deep. Okay, so you can't see your feet, you're walking around in fog the whole time, totally white, wearing a white robe. …
Look on the screen. 1 Corinthians 2, verse nine. No eye has ever seen, no ear has heard, no mind has ever imagined, you can't even imagine, what God has prepared for those who love him. But surely I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. What in the world are you afraid of? Why are you afraid of death? You're gonna be in a better place if the Lord is your shepherd. Now, we don't get a full picture of what heaven's gonna be like. But God does give us some little secrets and they're scattered through the Bible. If you're reading the Bible, they're not secrets. But he does give us some hints. And one of the things God tells us is that because he is a good God and he is a merciful God and because he made you to love you, that his plan for you, this is for you, God's plan for you, began at the very beginning of time. Before he even created the universe, God thought you up. …
… in this world at this time in which you and I live in. And then one more introductory verse before we dive into this, and that is 1 Corinthians chapter 2, verses 9 and 10. But as it is written, eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have it entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him. Verse 10. But God has revealed them to us. That's an amazing statement. He just got done saying in verse 9 that there's no human possible way that your eyes or that your ears or your mind or heart can handle the things of heaven. But look at verse 10. But here comes the answer. God has revealed them to us. How did he do that? How can God give you and I things that are impossible for us to know? Through his Spirit. for the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. You should say amen to that. There's no way that you can say today, I'm a believer in Jesus. …
… And then there you have in 1 Corinthians 2, he says, no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him. but God has revealed this to us by his spirit. Like there's something that doesn't even, it's like it doesn't even pass through our mind, which is insane for some of you, but if you study scripture, there are transactions between God and us that don't go through the frontal lobe of your mind. They're trans-rational. That's why Paul says sometimes I'll pray or I'll praise God and my mind is actually unfruitful. It's like, wait, how can you do that then? How can anything be good if your mind isn't? There's just something that's trans-rational beyond just thinking where he says, you know, that's why Paul says, I'm not gonna just keep lecturing, lecturing, lecturing you. I'm on my knees saying, God, how do you lecture someone to where the eyes of their heart are enlightened? Paul goes, I'm praying for this. …
… see that's something that has to happen inside of here and it's interesting i think he's talking about the same thing in first corinthians 3 when he says no eye has seen no ear has heard no mind has conceived what god has prepared for those who love him but then it says but god has revealed this to us by his spirit. So somehow there's this reality of the future that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him, but it says, but God has revealed it to us through his spirit. So somehow God, and I pray this for myself because Paul's talking about believers here. So I've been praying this for myself saying, God, help me because I want to know. I want to be so excited about heaven because I'm not good at hoping. I've been let down so many times that I'm better at just keeping my guard up and going, it's probably going to be boring. It's probably going to be lame. You know, wherever I go, I just kind of expect the worst. This way I'm never let down. And then I start doing that with God's word. I'm not a good hoper. And so I have to pray this for myself saying, God, okay, open the eyes of my heart, okay, so that I could just know the hope to which you've called me. …
… oh, you know how the Bible says, no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him, but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. There's something that he reveals by his Spirit, like what it's going to be like. And I almost sense there was something like that this morning where it's like, I'm before my creator, my soul before my very creator, and just going, gosh, what matters at that moment? I hope there's a bit of jealousy when you hear about Adam in the garden with his creator. Nothing can, what's gonna hurt you? As he walks around going, I made all of this for you. That peace, that joy. I was thinking about the fear I was feeling about some of these things. And the fear and just going, no, thy will be done. Charlie and I were praying before. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. There's no fear up there. …
… Please, right now, would your spirit reveal to us the things to come. the Bible says there are things that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him. But God has revealed it to us by his spirit. He didn't reveal it to us by our minds. It's beyond, it's beyond this rational thinking. By your spirit, God, would you reveal to us how good it's going to be when you come back? no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what you have prepared for us, but somehow you can communicate to us. God, I can't study your love and just get it. but you can, by your grace, just grant it to us to know the love of Christ that's beyond knowing, that we'd be filled with the fullness of God. Please, Lord, tonight, would your spirit lead? in fact right now could you in faith because if you doubt it's it's just don't even bother the bible says but in faith could you pray that god would speak through me to you and that i wouldn't say anything that's not of the spirit would you pray that for your own sake for my sake for the sake of the glory of God that my flesh would die and that I would just say whatever he tells me to say. …
In fact, if you turn over to 1 Corinthians 2, this is really cool. 1 Corinthians chapter 2 verse 9 says this, But as it is written, what no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him. Look at verse 10. these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. You see that? He says, don't you get, God has something prepared for you and for me. He says, no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has ever imagined how good it is. But then he says right after that, but God has revealed this to us by His Spirit. that means there is a way in which a miracle can take place and that God that I was praying to can actually open up and enlighten my heart and his spirit can actually reveal to me this future that I spend every day of my life going man this could be the day this could be the day this could be the day because I know from the core of my being this hope to which I've been called I mean, can you imagine if we all really knew, really knew the hope to which we've been called? …
