… for me in each point and so one of the things i think in acts 16 and 17 where she identifies paul right as companions and servants of the most high right she is saying you are here to preach salvation to all of us. And so the all of us, for me, I see that in all caps, bold and underlined. Okay. Right. So she sees herself as one who salvation is for. And she's because she's going around constantly proclaiming this as opposed to making money for those who own her. So she went on the streets following them every day. So something about that she was trying to, I feel, have my interpretation is that she was using her agency that she did have to go loose in the streets to make money for them. She said, I'm going to use this agency over these next days. I'm going to Follow them, right, with the hopes that I, too, can be a part of that. And so I think for me it was she recognized their mission, but did they recognize their mission to her? …
… that's demonic this girl followed Paul and us and cried out saying these men are the servants of the most high God who proclaim to us the way of salvation is there anything wrong with what she said? not a word what she said was exactly perfect it was the vessel from which it was coming from It was the individual. interesting somehow in some way shape our form this was not good and it's the source Satan's at work verse 18 and this she did for many days I love Paul but Paul greatly annoyed can you imagine him he's just walking along Good way to pepper it... the Most High God. These people who work for the Most High God, listen to them. They're preaching about the Most High God. And Paul every day is just like, oy vey. And then he stops and he turns and says to the spirit, not the girl, the spirit, I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. …
… And Paul recognized she was possessed by a spirit. Verse 17, this girl followed Paul and us and cried out saying, these men are the servants of the most high God who proclaim to us the way of salvation. Y'all see that? Now, this is an interesting passage to me because for years I always wondered, why did Paul rebuke this woman? Because what she was saying was true. She said, these men are the servants of the Most High God who proclaim the way of salvation. Verse 18, and this she did for many days, but Paul, greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her, and he came out that very hour. Now, for years I used to worry and wonder about what was it about this point that why was Paul annoyed when she said it was true? What was it about this woman, this situation that it caused him to rebuild? How did he even know there was a demonic spirit in her? …
