… I'll explain it. It says on a Sabbath, Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for 18 years. She was bent over and could not straighten up. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, woman, you are set free from your infirmity. Then he put his hands on her and immediately she straightened up and praised God. Somebody say amen. And did you know, because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, the synagogue leader said to the people, there are six days for work. So come and be healed on those days, not on the Sabbath. I hate people like this. In the first service, I did it too. Do you know, I got the Reggie who loves Jesus. And then there's the Reggie who's Reggie. And the Reggie Reggie wants to punch this dude in the throat and watch him gag and see him beg God to help heal him on the Sabbath. Hey, be careful who you make fun of doing their praise and worship. You better join us instead of making fun of us because he's coming back. …

Luke chapter 13 verse 10 and 11 houses our scripture for today. and he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath and behold there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity 18 years bent over and she could in no wise lift herself up you may be seated Amen. He was teaching at one of the synagogues on the Sabbath and behold there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity 18 years bent over and she couldn't lift herself up. I'm going to preach for a little while today using as a subject, I'm coming down with something. Would you look at the person beside you and tell them, I feel like I'm coming down with something. Family, there's a lot that will be said about this woman in today's scripture. she's had a bad back for 18 years. The pain has been unbearable, and her posture has been so impacted that she has to walk with a hunched angle. we got to give her some credit though because i find it remarkable that in spite of how she's feeling she still comes to church There are people in this congregation who are deservant of high commendation because, quite frankly, you weren't feeling it, but you fought through it to get here. …
