Although it is the smallest of all seeds, yet it grows into the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.”which indeed is smaller than all seeds. But when it is grown, it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in its branches.”Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.which indeed is less than all seeds; but when it is grown, it is greater than the herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the heaven come and lodge in the branches thereof.

Worth the Wait
Michael Zeigler, 2026-07-26

… that a man took and sowed in his field, a mustard seed, which on the one hand is the smallest of all the seeds, but on the other hand, when it has grown, it is greater than all the garden plants and becomes a tree so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches. He told them another parable. The rule and reign of heaven is like leaven, like yeast, that a woman took and hid in ten gallons of wheat flour until it was all leavened. All these things Jesus said to the crowds in parables, and he said nothing to them without a parable. This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet. I will open my mouth in parables. I will speak what has been hidden since the foundation of the world. Then Jesus left the crowds and went into the house, and his disciples came to him, saying, Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field. He answered, The one who sows the good seed is the Son of man, the field is the world, and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom and the weeds are the sons of the evil one and the enemy who sowed them is the devil. …

07/19/26 We Do Not Know How
Mike Schmitz, 2026-07-18 · Scripture reading

… but gathered the wheat into my barn. He proposed another parable to them. The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that a person took and sowed in a field. It is the smallest of all the seeds, yet when full grown, it is the largest of plants. It becomes a large bush, and the birds of the sky come and dwell in its branches. He spoke to them another parable. The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed with three measures of wheat flour until the whole batch was leavened. All these things Jesus spoke to the crowds in parables. He spoke to them only in parables. To fulfill what had been said to the prophet, I will open my mouth in parables. I will announce what has laid hidden from the foundation of the world. Then, dismissing the crowds, he went into the house. His disciples approached him and said, explain to us the parables of the weeds in the field. He said in reply, he who sows good seed is the son of man. The field is the world, and the good seed the children of the kingdom. …

… Put your name in the chat. Open your Bible, please, to Matthew chapter 13, verses 31 and 32, and Matthew chapter 13, verse 44. I'm going to share a little scripture today with you that is really going to help you in your life. And if while I'm preaching, the microphone pops and struggles and strains underneath the weight of this anointing. I will scream so loud that the dude in the back row will fall down the stairs from the shock until my voice is raw and the Lord will speak. Now listen to this. This is Matthew chapter 13, verse 31 and 32, and Matthew chapter 13, verse 44. Jesus told them another parable. He said, The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field, though it is the smallest of all seeds. Yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree so that the birds come and perch in its branches. Wow. …

This Is Gonna Be Big
Pastor Jennie Lusko, 2025-12-15 · Scripture reading

… Jesus speaking, to them saying, the kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, which indeed is the least of all the seeds. But when it is grown, it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches. And Father, would you open up our eyes today? Would you soften up our hearts to receive the word that you have each and every one of us? Thank you that you are a God who sees us, who knows us individually. You see what we walked in here holding, carrying. And thank you that this is a moment in this season to be still and to know that you are God. We thank you that you speak to us through your word. And we ask that as we've gathered today, that you would open our eyes to see. We want to receive all that you have for us, Lord. …
