He Knows Where You Are
Jack Hibbs, 2026-10-18

… And the Bible tells us, Psalm 145 verse 3, Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised and his greatness is unsearchable. That means there's nothing I can go through in this life that's beyond his greatness. I'm tempted like you are. Oh, but what about this thing of mine? Oh, what about the other thing I'm going through? Have you noticed we always talk about ourselves like that? Oh, I know the Bible says that, but look at me. No, the Bible says that because the Bible or the God of the Bible was and is looking at you. And he anticipated the situation and wrote this down in his book. So on this day, you would have comfort. The goal of all this pursuit of insight is that your people would worship God aright and love people aright. That's the goal. Philippians 1.9, Paul prays that your love may abound more and more with knowledge and all insight. …

Rev. Dr. Faye S. Gunn, 2020-01-06

… who is greater than all of our problems, we can say great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. He's our refuge and present help in time of trouble. I know church because I've been there. And I'm praising God right now for back in 2013, I, along with my family, experienced a real problem. When our eldest son, Calvin, was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, a name that I cannot even pronounce. And I can't tell you how many tears I shed. I can't tell you how many prayers I prayed along with the intercessory ministry of this church, the deacons, family, and friends. It was so rare that John Hopkins didn't know the best treatment for him. Oncologists in D.C. and Clinton, Maryland were all baffled. But what should be the best treatment? And these doctors consulted with doctors in Florida and came up with a treatment for our son, whose cancer was in stage four. And his bone marrow 90% compromised. And I just heard on Monday that one of my favorite congressmen, John Lewis, has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in stage four. …
