My God, he that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High will abide under the shadow of the Almighty, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob. Bow your head. Close your eyes. Father, as we sing this song, Jaira, seal the truth in our hearts that my God will provide all my needs. In Jesus' name, sing church. Bring the lights down for worship. That's right. You sing. Declare it. your my god you would cross the notion so I would because you never did closer than you are my god is a provider I call it Yes, John. You are enough. So I will be content. In all situations. In every circumstance. You are a gyro. You are enough. You forever love. Always enough, always enough. Yes, you are forever enough. Always enough, always enough. … that will I seek after, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. I just want to get in that secret place. I want to get in that secret corner. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Hide me! Hide me! Hide me, Jesus! Hide me! Where the eagle can't break in, where the scavengers cannot destroy me, where the enemy cannot pollute me. Hide me! Where the hex won't work, and the spell won't work, and the lies won't work and the enemy won't work. Hide me, Lord. In the secret of your pavilion shall you hide me. You shall set me upon a rock. Now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies round about me. I will sing. Yea, I will sing praises unto my God. Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice. Have mercy also upon me. Somebody shout mercy. I don't deserve it but God's going to give it to me anyway. …

Where You Meet God
Steven Furtick, 2025-01-14

… that the wings of el shaddai the most high god are hovering over your children today i thank you lord for your promise that he who dwelleth in the secret place of the most high will abide under the shadow of the almighty. And I thank you that no weapon formed against your children will prosper. We thank you that the church of Jesus Christ is being built and the gates of hell will not prevail, have not prevailed, cannot prevail. For we know a name that is greater than Satan, greater than darkness, greater than cancer, greater than depression, greater than diabetes, greater than sickness, greater than guilt, grace that is greater. The name of Jesus, give him praise, children. All right, that's your polite praise. Give him your party praise. Give him your mated praise. Give him your some kind of way. He's going to do it praise. Hey! Well, happy 2025, everybody. I thought I would give the year a catchy slogan. This is my first year of 2025. …

… Verse 1 of Psalms 91. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress. My God in Him will I trust. Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler, from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers. Under His wings you shall take refuge. His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side and 10,000 at your right hand, but it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord who is my refuge, even the most high your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling. …

… Psalms 91. Psalms 91, verse 1. Whoever lives within the secret shadow of Shaddai, hidden in the strength of the Most High, will always be kept safe and secure. Here's how I describe him. He is the hope that holds me, the stronghold to shelter me, the only God for me, my great confidence. He will rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy, and he will protect you from false accusations and any deadly curse. Okay, stop right there. Verse 1 says, be kept safe and secure. verse 3 be protected from false accusation excuse me rescue from every hidden trap and false accusation and deadly curse that's where we're going to start some of you have come face to face with situations that you've never faced before in your life and you could feel it when you got close it was a trap and it it may be that you saw the trap of the enemy and you were able to skirt around it and completely bypass it may be that that trap actually affected you. But that whole issue of a trap set for you makes sense. I don't have to persuade anyone. You know who you are. That issue of a trap set really makes sense. And we're going to pray that the Lord reverses the effect of that trap, so to speak. Secondly, there are some in this room that have suffered of late under false accusations. And I could have you pray over that one for me every week, I think. …

… Let's just begin with verse 1. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. For it is he who delivers you from the snare of the trap and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions. Under his wings you may seek refuge. His faithfulness is a shield and a bulwark. And a bulwark is like a solid wall-like structure to protect us. Listen to that. When we come to those times that we wonder what in the world is going on and we have fear, he says we're to run to the refuge. He says he's a refuge and he's a fortress. He's a bulwark. Well, you say, what about those seasons of life when I just can't trust him? Look, if you will, in 2 Timothy for a moment. And I want you to notice because here is a passage that says there are times in our life when it's just difficult to concentrate. …
