How to Walk in the Will of God
Levi Lusko, 2026-09-14

… become like. In fact, Psalm 92 verse 12, he says, the righteous shall flourish like a palm tree. He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. I don't know if you've ever been anywhere tropical where they have palm trees in gale forest winds, hurricane winds. Those palm trees can almost go sideways, and they won't get knocked over. They bounce back. Why? Because of their roots. And the same thing is meant to be true when you're walking with Jesus planted in him. He wants your roots to go deep down, but not just by yourself, also into the body of Christ, which is why he compares us to a cedar tree in Psalm 92. I find it interesting that out of all the trees he could compare us to, he calls us a cedar. Why? Because you will never see a solitary cedar in your life. Imagine how boring the trail of the cedars would be if it was just a cedar tree, right? No, there's a lot of them. Why? There's always a grove of trees planted together, working together. Their roots intermingle together. The point is, if you want to take out one cedar tree, you got to take out the whole grove. There's power and strength in numbers. Walking with Jesus is not meant to be an experience where you're like the lonely, solitary oak tree, or where you remain perpetually like you came home from the nursery …

… He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age. This Is Gonna Be Big
Pastor Jennie Lusko, 2025-12-15

… and I just want to encourage you to keep planting your roots deep down. Psalm 92, 13 through 15. Those who are planted in the house of the Lord will flourish in the courts of our God. they shall still bear fruit in old age. Amen? They shall be fresh and flourishing to declare that the Lord is upright. There is no unrighteousness in him. Plant your roots down deep. Get comfortable in the sense that you're here and you're serving and you're letting God move. But don't get comfortable in just sitting. get ready to move, get ready to risk, get ready to go. In his kingdom, there is always growth. There is always multiplication, always abundance, always flourishing, always rest. I'm going to end with Isaiah 61 verses 1-3 pointing to Jesus. maybe hold your hands out in a posture of receiving the spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God to comfort all who mourn. …

… I'll do something marvelous in your eyes. He whose feet are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. It's marvelous. I'm teaching you how to stand something. I'm teaching you how to take something. I'm teaching you how to endure something. I'm teaching you when to shut your mouth. I'm teaching you when to hold your peace. I'm teaching you how to be still. I'm teaching you how to let me fight your battles. I'm teaching you how to know that I will provide for you when I get ready. And until I get ready, you can cry, you can scream, you can moan, but you're not getting out until I say you're getting out. The chains aren't going to fall until I say they're going to fall. The door's not going to open, Peter, until I say it's going to open. The way's not going to be made until I say it's going to be made. You can knock at the door all night, but the door's not going to open until I get ready for it to open. …
